This is a really good app, particularly if you can't afford the paid version/would like to use it to track insulin intake and carb intake. I'm a little disappointed that whenever I enter carb values, the time stamp is lost and reset to the current time. Although this might be user error rather than an issue with the app.

I usually never leave reviews, but I feel I have to here. Absolutely horrible service on this app. First I thought you had to pay to share reports, then I find out you can't and no way to reach out to technical support as when I click there it says page cannot be found. I wanted to see if there was any way to get a refund because I don't need any of the other features. I've now decided to go with a different app. terrible service.

At last a simple way to keep track! I do wish that the system allowed the editing of foods, med entries and alarms, instead of having to delete and start over. Oh, and a zoom feature! Have not tried to email yet so can't comment on that . UPDATE: Hate the new upgraded app. You can see a running list of your entries.

Seems to be exactly what I am looking for to track everything but there are some glaring bugs. Food tracking: does not let you change the times you enter so you have to enter it exactly when you are eating and if you make an error you can't delete it. Medicine: you have to log it then go back to edit so the time is correct. I would love to try the premium but with obvious issues I am not going to pay.

This app is great for keeping track of all your diabeties levels and info. Update: so after using this app for several weeks, it is a royal P in the A. it will not let me edit after entry. It will not let me add foods, ect. It erases all the entries if I attempt to add it. Just today I tried to fix a mistake and wound up having to erase all and start all over. I will be trying another app. This app rates a P.O.S. title. Stay away.

I also have been using this app for years and now it will not load. A white screen with a spinning circle. I have uninstalled, reinstalled and tried numerous different things - none of them work. I have also written to their tech support and they have not even bothered to respond to my question. VERY frustrating - I now have NO data available to me.

2017 This is a great app, the apple version allows to save data on line and the android version does not or I would have given it more stars. Also it would be nice if the graf range could be adjusted. 2024 Update, they just did a major update and the free version not SUCKS! Will not generate reports or off line data. Sorry not paying $20/month for this when all I wanted was to track my results. Also now it takes abot 2 min to open the app, DO NOT USE THIS APP! Use to export all data, no more.

GARBAGE!! After the update, this app will not allow you to edit the time that you took medicine. Many times it will also save information twice. It has the ability to save medicine dosage for repeated use. However, you must increase or decrease the dosage, then correct the dosage to show that you took the medicine. I only use this app to simply keep record of when I take medicine and my glucose numbers. This app doesn't even do that well! It seems that other apps by Azumio do not work well also.

Awful. I have spent an hour just trying to add foods. At first it wasn't clear how to get them to save to my log. Then it changedy breakfast to lunch and would not let me change it. Now I put in the snacks I had three times, but it keeps dropping items! Now it has changed all myeals and snacks to the current time. Frustrating, difficult to use, and obviously faulty.

Something happened in a recent update. It now only saves the glucose and none of the medications, or weight, A1C, etc. I'm a paid lifetime subscriber. But the help has been limited to ... Uninstall app Reboot your phone Reinstall Sign in with your original information. In my case, that's from years ago. Still the same problem. Saves glucose, nothing else. Now it will not load at all effective March 2024! 😒 do not buy until they fix it! 😤

I needed this app as I am newly diagnosed with gestational diabetes. Trying to log my food literally worked one out of ten times. I even enrolled in the premium version and it still didn't work. I tried this for five days, no fixes to the glitches. I don't have time to deal with these kinds of issues that are happening to many others too. Don't waste your time, look for another app that properly logs your carbs.

I love the layout, I love that I can track everything I need all in one place and I love that they have education as I'm newly diagnosed. I've been having a problem where it won't log my carbs though. It allows me to go through all the steps, and just doesn't actually log it. I tried to send an email asking for help and got an error there as well. I want to like this app! Sadly, if the only way I can contact anyone is to write a negative review...that's what I'll do.

This would be the best app anywhere for diabetics if it worked. The food log is great at scanning barcodes/finding the food I'm eating, but it doubles my carbs and calories. It also randomly changes the times I ate the food and won't change back. It tracks my glucose levels, but I often can't change the time. It syncs with my Google Fit and so far that works well. It's the only free or low cost app I've found that has all the features I want, and most of them don't work.

Lots of potential, too bad I can't get it to work. The app has everything I wanted to track and taking pictures of my food to identify is great. The first day it worked amazing. The second day, I cant log any food or exercise and now all the sudden the food logs from day one are appearing twice. Contacting tech support has gotten no response. I was actually going to upgrade to premium, but since it only worked for 24 hours, I will be looking elsewhere if not resolved very soon.

Just starting out with the app so a more lengthy review to come later. One recommendation that I noticed immediately..... when entering meds to track, there is not an option for taking meds weekly. Trulicity is a weekly injection but I'm not able to add it to my meds list because there is not a weekly choice. All of the choices are based on # of times per day. Thanks!

For an app that they are charging as much as they are for you think they would put a snap on their programmers and fix the bugs. This would be a GREAT app for diabetes logging if it wasn't so unreliable. Every time I try to log a BS, food or medication log I have to enter it, then save and redo the entry 5 or 6 times before an entry shows up in my log. Sometimes I have to do more than 6 entries, its never just once and done. Its so frustrating. I do just keep at it because I need an app like this but its barely better then paper.

This app is horrible. 1st, I paid for premium subscription but it doesn't recognize my purchase as eveytime I click on a feature, it wants me to purchase the subscription again. Then, anytime you try to enter more than one meal a day, it changes the times of all the other entries to the last input making it look like you ate all your meals at the same time. Thirdly, when I try to connect the app to my monitor via Bluetooth, the app crashes. DONT BOTHER WITH DOWNLOADING THIS APP!!!!!!

I should have saved my money. I ended up subscribing for the Premium whole year at $39.99 and it was a total waste of money. The app either doesnt save a meal that I entered or it records 2 or 3 times. Even if it looks like it saved all my logged meals for a day, if I go back and look at previous days, one or more of the meals has disappeared.

Ive used the app for over 10 years to keep track of all my diabetes information including glucose, weight, A1C, and medications. Recently the app stopped working. It wont even load anymore. It just has a spinning circle when it tries to load the app and nothing happens. I've tried deleting the app and reinstalling. I've tried contacting support but get no response back. I have years worth of information i can no longer access that is lost. Very disappointing.

Update: I've been using this app for probably ten years. Now, suddenly, it won't open on multiple devices. ---- I use this app every day, but every time I switch phones, it pisses me off. Either implement the sync function for Android (or quit saying that it will be available in a future release) or let us import the files that the app already exports!
