This is a really good app, particularly if you can't afford the paid version/would like to use it to track insulin intake and carb intake. I'm a little disappointed that whenever I enter carb values, the time stamp is lost and reset to the current time. Although this might be user error rather than an issue with the app.
I usually never leave reviews, but I feel I have to here. Absolutely horrible service on this app. First I thought you had to pay to share reports, then I find out you can't and no way to reach out to technical support as when I click there it says page cannot be found. I wanted to see if there was any way to get a refund because I don't need any of the other features. I've now decided to go with a different app. terrible service.
At last a simple way to keep track! I do wish that the system allowed the editing of foods, med entries and alarms, instead of having to delete and start over. Oh, and a zoom feature! Have not tried to email yet so can't comment on that . UPDATE: Hate the new upgraded app. You can see a running list of your entries.
Seems to be exactly what I am looking for to track everything but there are some glaring bugs. Food tracking: does not let you change the times you enter so you have to enter it exactly when you are eating and if you make an error you can't delete it. Medicine: you have to log it then go back to edit so the time is correct. I would love to try the premium but with obvious issues I am not going to pay.
This app is great for keeping track of all your diabeties levels and info. Update: so after using this app for several weeks, it is a royal P in the A. it will not let me edit after entry. It will not let me add foods, ect. It erases all the entries if I attempt to add it. Just today I tried to fix a mistake and wound up having to erase all and start all over. I will be trying another app. This app rates a P.O.S. title. Stay away.
I also have been using this app for years and now it will not load. A white screen with a spinning circle. I have uninstalled, reinstalled and tried numerous different things - none of them work. I have also written to their tech support and they have not even bothered to respond to my question. VERY frustrating - I now have NO data available to me.
2017 This is a great app, the apple version allows to save data on line and the android version does not or I would have given it more stars. Also it would be nice if the graf range could be adjusted. 2024 Update, they just did a major update and the free version not SUCKS! Will not generate reports or off line data. Sorry not paying $20/month for this when all I wanted was to track my results. Also now it takes abot 2 min to open the app, DO NOT USE THIS APP! Use to export all data, no more.
GARBAGE!! After the update, this app will not allow you to edit the time that you took medicine. Many times it will also save information twice. It has the ability to save medicine dosage for repeated use. However, you must increase or decrease the dosage, then correct the dosage to show that you took the medicine. I only use this app to simply keep record of when I take medicine and my glucose numbers. This app doesn't even do that well! It seems that other apps by Azumio do not work well also.
Awful. I have spent an hour just trying to add foods. At first it wasn't clear how to get them to save to my log. Then it changedy breakfast to lunch and would not let me change it. Now I put in the snacks I had three times, but it keeps dropping items! Now it has changed all myeals and snacks to the current time. Frustrating, difficult to use, and obviously faulty.
Something happened in a recent update. It now only saves the glucose and none of the medications, or weight, A1C, etc. I'm a paid lifetime subscriber. But the help has been limited to ... Uninstall app Reboot your phone Reinstall Sign in with your original information. In my case, that's from years ago. Still the same problem. Saves glucose, nothing else. Now it will not load at all effective March 2024! 😒 do not buy until they fix it! 😤
