Description

Been using GlucoSpike AI for a couple months now. It’s basically a photo-based meal tracker that uses AI to recognize the foods you’re eating. Pretty solid app if you’re into being more mindful about your diet and nutrition.

Here’s what you do: just snap a quick photo of your meal and the app will automatically identify the foods. There’s also an option to save your favorite meals to a personal library, which is pretty cool. And you can track your eating patterns over time – took me a while to figure that out but it’s useful.

Look, if you’re trying to build better eating habits, you’ll probably like this. It’s not perfect – the AI sometimes gets things wrong and the meal history can be a little buggy – but overall it does the job. Worth checking out.

Editor Opinion

So here's my honest take on GlucoSpike AI. I've tested a bunch of nutrition and meal tracking apps, and this one's pretty solid. The instant photo logging is super convenient, and the AI recognition is mostly accurate. And i like how you can save your go-to meals too. On the downside, the UI could use some polish and I've had a few issues with the history tracking. But for a free app, it's a pretty good option if you want to be more mindful of what you're eating.
