I've been using this app for years but as of the last few updates, things have gone down hill. An ad tab has been placed in locations where I frequently tap which is the top right corner and now on the right side where the "send" button is. In those areas you can easily press the ad tab and not what you Intended to press. Once the ad is open, you have to press back twice. Having to deal with this for a month has been really annoying. Uninstall.

Very disappointed in this latest update. My notification settings are null and void no matter how many times I verify and or change them. All my settings for font, background etc had disappeared and I have to do it again and it still is picky. I get a drop notification and my notification badges don't work on the app button. It vibrates when I get a text and annoyingly, when I send a text and I can't turn it off. And when going into a message I am noticing that after I will text a reply, I have to get out of it completely because the send button isn't "activated" to actually send anything. Very frustrating after I had enjoyed it for a few years. I might have to look into another app until/if they fix it. 😕

Used to love app. Now almost unusable! Many issues. For several months, it freezes up constantly. I have to close and reopen. I lose everything that I've already entered into the text, it's infuriating. I'm in an active group text with 3 other people. I am no longer able to even enter text to respond if somebody else in the group is texting at the same time. The conversation is usually over before I can even get a text reply sent. Can't respond to pop ups, sender name disappears.

This app claimed to give me a "3 day free trial," for a year's subscription; but within 10 minutes, I didn't want to use it. What followed was an inability to cancel that three day trial due to there being no real way to do this. There is no option on the app, nor is there any on the website. At last, I waited until they charged me through google so that I could request my refund in the 3 day grace period, but low and behold, the "subscription," does not appear on the Google Play's App. 🥵😱

I've emailed them many times asking them to help me fix the issue of not having the same fonts as they appear in the themes. I also had all my messages disappear even though I did a backup. I even have trouble with my themes disappearing, and I pay for these yearly subscriptions, too. Then, it tells me I need to pay again, despite I already paid it. Now ,this is all on the SAME account/email. It is unfair that they don't help u. Instead, they post feedback here only telling you what u alr

Their response is we'll take this into consideration. No comment made on ALREADY buying the app and themes! I hope no one purchases this app!!!! So I used to have this app as you can see. I deleted it and just downloaded it again. It told me welcome back but now I have to pay 50 something dollars for ad free when I had already paid for this to be add free. Is this for real? I might just delete it once again. I lost all the themes I had paid for as well.

I've used this for as long as I've had a smart phone. But your piece of vrsp sidebar is going too far. No matter how many times I disable it, it always comes back immediately. Also you've oh-so-sneakily placed your ads where we click to see the newest messages, that plus the delay, how many times do people get manipulated into clicking ads. The worst part is I bought your next Launcher and I still have to pay again to avoid the ads on sms.

I've had this app for years and even got the "pro" version because it was such a satisfactory alternative to the stock app... However, it's gotten worse and worse over time, even giving me ads when i paid to have none. Now it's decided to stop working all together, even after months of other poor reviews from customers. Not to mention the security issues they've had. I'm beyond done.

Used to be a preety decent app, but it frequently doesn't recognize my subscription, and ads pop up constantly. I'm already paying for it. Most of the Android users in my unit (I'm military) use this, and a lot of us have this issue. I don't have the time to code my own app, but I do have the time to get everyone to cancel their subscriptions if this doesn't get fixed. Contact me for more details.

When you get a message, a box pops up and you can respond from it. That doesn't work, at all. You can type your message but it will not send. You have to close it, and opened the message app itself to send the message. It constantly pushes for you to purchase their very expensive membership, thatz absolutely not worth it. They want $10 a month or $60 a year. They should just charge $5-$10 for the app itself and be done with it. I'd pay that, but never monthly. Way too many ads!
