the app literally does not work. you can't login, upload updates, or photos when it does let you login. I've uninstalled an reinstalled like 5 times and still nothing. Many of the people who use this app are I'm crisis and the very last thing they need is an interface that doesn't work. I jits uninstalled and reinstalled again and again it says, "unable to connect to gofundme. try again later." this has been happening for weeks.

Constantly disconnects / logs out, uploads photos in wrong orientation, says email / password is invalid, needs update despite being on the latest version, random error codes, and the list goes on. I am so annoyed by this because the website itself is more stable than this hunk of the trash app!!! It's still a problem with photos uploading wrong! Still, more problems persist, and support doesn't help.

Nothing but aggravation. I used this app years ago and it was great. I don't know what happened but it sucks now. Customer service (if you're able to get any) is anything but helpful. I can only upload one picture, can't set up bank withdraws because the link to verify my email address isn't working. I can't edit updates unless I delete them and repost. It would be easier to go door to door.

Two crucial dead ends in the app. When I go to upload ID documents for verification, it does nothing once I click on "Upload Front...". Once I go to add bank info by clicking Add Bank Using Provider Login, it sends me to a blank page that never loads. Basically, if I wanted our funds now, there would be no way of withdrawing without going through customer service.

This app is awful!!! The description is all messed up. It just repeats the first two paragraphs over and over and over and over. It shows up like that when I'm signed and signed out just browsing fundraisers. Thankfully it shows up correctly on the web but if anybody opens it on the app they're not getting the full description and I'm sure that's caused us to lose donations because it looks like we didn't put any effort into proofreading

Works well, but notifications are hit or miss. The app takes donations immediately, posts updates just fine, it is easy to share. But I don't get notified when there is a donation. Either I get a notification HOURS later or not at all. Same with milestone notifications. I got 50% of my goal yesterday, I saw the donation at least 30 minutes before the app sent the milestone alert, and then 4 hours after that, I got the notification for the donation. I've been keeping up with donations myself.

It wont let me start over and re-enter a new phone number. My phone number is a text now app and i have the free version. Apparently, the only way to actually receive the verification code, you have to have text now plus that ya gotta pay for. Didnt know that until i already set it up. The help center shows how to change your # from your profile.... BUT, i cant get into my profile without a verification code.. So basically im stuck now and i really need this to be set up and out there..&cant.

The app needs a lot of work. It's always having trouble to connect to it. I can't update anything. And I can't share it from the app because it says unable to connect please try again later. If they are going to charge to use the app at least make sure it works. They sure are making enough from people to make sure it's running perfect. I have had nothing but trouble since I opened a go fund me 8days ago.

I am so frustrated with the set up of this app. I have mistyped my phone number, so I wanted to go back. However there is no option for that. At this point I have redownloaded the app 3 times and used 3 different emails. I am out of emails to use, because multiple times my other phone numbers . The actual website is fine, but the app has issues just like other people have said. First week or so app was working fine. Then all of a sudden I had to log back in by typing my username and password (they weren't saved anymore). After typing in username and password I got message that there are technical issues and to try again later. Uninstalled then reinstalled. So frustrating!!
