The app does not have a convient way to credit delivery failures. On November 3rd, I ordered food delivery at my wife's house. The food was never delivered to us. The app had no solution. I called the restaurant and was RUDELY, advised to submit problem in the app. I went back to the app and rated the service. After putting the information in I checked callback. Nearly a week went by. I never received a callback. I then followed a path to place a comment/complaint and again requested a callback.

They can't scan your app at the restaurant so you have to manually enter your receipt. Then they give you 3 days to enter. I don't carry my phone w me 24 7 so app is a total waste. Even if trying to enter the next day it doesn't work. No way to contact them via the app either the link doesn't work.

App doesn't let you sign up. I put name email address and password. As phone number is optional as well as invite code is optional. And once I agree to terms and that I am 18 yrs old and click sign up. I get a pop-up box that says oops. This is what happens when you hire any developer without doing your research.

It will not let you access account says password bad .sent for a reset password 20 times never got it ! Can not log in.did not get free birthday meal ! Also does not allow you to put receipts on it to get 10.dollar credit on every 100. Spent you get nothing they promised you only get their ads! Not the only one having this problem fixing to delete this app if somebody does not fix it.

It's a bit confusing since I did not have a barcode to scan or the restaurant did not have a scanner for the code on my telephone. I use the code spelled out on my receipt at the urging of the manager and that worked so I got nine points. Once you get past that that little hurdle it's pretty easy to use and pretty easy to sign up.

limited income. we can't afford to eat here all the time to get points to get coupons. last time we ate there, older waitress wasn't the friendliest. she seemed to like the bigger families and serving them. gave them a lot of attention. one senior man setting alone got a lot of attention too. hope we don't have her again

App easy to use for my purposes. About 10 meals 'earned' equals about 1 free meal 'redeemed.' I dine at my local GC about 1x per week and have thus far redeemed $30 (in $10 increments) for 3 visits without problem. NOTES: JUST DON'T WAIT LONGER THAN A FEW DAYS TO ENTER YOUR RECEIPT# FOR ITS POINTS, OR APP WON'T ALLOW YOU TO! ALSO: DON'T be scared when, once you've reached the 100-points/$10 'earned' goal, you see those points gone from app's main screen..your $10 'earned' is still within!

4/30/2025 Amanda is a great Server. We appreciate her so much. Thank you for Service with a Smile. Also, April was so nice and friendly. We appreciate her too. We really like the great, friendly people working here, and the food is great too. So far the Golden Corral app is easy to use. I downloaded the app and signed up through the app. I scanned the receipt Code and received points right away according to how much we spent on our Dinner before taxes. It's so nice of you to round up. Thanks.

This post is specifically about the app. That is what the question is asking. In the past, I have tried to download points, and it would not scan the receipts. Anyway, I just recently lost 29 points because my points are not adding up, even though we have been to Golden Coral several times this past year. I know specifically we went in February 2025 because that was for my birthday. For some reason, it just doesn't want to scan points on the receipts.

It actually took my receipt for first visit no problem whatsoever. However tryi ng to use the $5 off $25 first order for downloading the app did not work at a because the cashier with no one else in line ahead or behind us already rang us up before we hit register and would not allow us to be re rang up and give us our $5 off. Why???? Very good food.... ribs were quite dried out, bake taters not hot enough to melt butter, carrot cake was gooey. Otherwise great food. Very good waiter also!! TY
