So here's my honest take on Goldminds: Kids' Sleep Stories. I've tested a bunch of kids' sleep apps and this one's pretty solid. And the custom stories are a neat touch that my little one loved, and the mindfulness stuff helps them wind down. It's not the most advanced app out there, but for the price it gets the job done. Definitely worth a look if you need help with bedtime.

Description

I’ve been using Goldminds: Kids’ Sleep Stories for a couple months now. It’s basically an app with tons of calming stories designed to help kids 0-10 years old relax and fall asleep. Pretty solid if you’ve got little ones who need help winding down before bed.

Here’s what you do – there’s hundreds of pre-recorded stories you can pick from, and you can even make your own custom story with your kid’s name in it. And the mindfulness stuff is cool too, like the breathing exercises and connection questions to bond with your child. Took me a bit to figure out all the features but it’s worth it.

Look, if you’re looking for a way to make bedtime less of a struggle, you’ll probably like this. It’s not perfect – some of the stories can get a little repetitive after a while – but overall it does the job. Worth checking out.
