App won't let me edit budget anymore. I was able to just a few weeks ago. why take away the ability to edit budget in the app? makes it useless

constant issues with removing and adding payment methods. This has caused major issues with me growing in YouTube and becoming eligible for monetization. I called Googl Ads at least ten times and ignored my issues and pushed me away. I f need be I might have to take legal actions with an attorney.

google ads automated systems are flawed . they have no business user interface in case of any issue all they have is a reinstatement form in which they always reject the appeal and keep your business suspended from advertising. not good service anymore . they must have some agent system to interact with the business holder. they must tell the suspended business holder why their ad is suspended and what can they do to correct things for them

Been handy until recently. Now not able to edit most of the funtions in the app.pls bring back old one where we could edit without visiting website.

you can't do half the functionality you need to in this app, and the website cannot open or operate properly in a browser. it is on YOU as the developer to make those things all compatible and work properly. FIX AND UPDATE your janky system

it's been a fine app to recently. with new updates, you can no longer adjust without logging on to the computer. if I have to log on to the computer then your app is usless.

Been handy until recently can't do anything via mobile app, even to view, it says can't open on app, must open from website. Which is a hassle when u need to check for updates on the go. developer should bring back the functionality where we can view updates on the go via apps. it just defeat the purpose if its not accessible via app

Error, app is not loading. App stops working when accidentally an invalid account is selected. Where is the button to switch the account?? NO I WON'T USE THE ACCOUNT TO RUN EU POLITICAL ADS, can you disable the annoying notification?

I loved the app but recently you guys have started this verification headache multiple stages asking personal identification documents not just business this has become a data collection app, just because there is not other platform as vast as google. I have been using it for 5 years and now it is not what it used to be even though I select specific areas for advertising my ads show up to far off places where we cannot cater just drains money

a horrible company with zero customer service options. Ive canceled my adds but am still getting charged for advertising. when I try to reach somebody to get answers, i'm redirected to another computer that requires information that is impossible for me to find.

I spent like $600 canadian and did not get one lead, no visits to my pages, nothing. $600 dollars wasted. I turned around and spent $120 dollars on kijiji and got over 1000 page views in 5 days, and multiple jobs locked down. whatever you're taking my money for, it needs to be reassessed and used more wisely.

The mobile doesn't provide up to date info on your campaigns however if you view your campaigns from a PC you can view the live up to date data. restarting the app and even clearing the app cache memory doesn't do anything. So while you may think your campaign isn't even active in reality it's burning through your budget but the mobile app isn't showing it.

Very buggy at the moment when accessed via mobile app. Notification buttons such as Update app does not work, Verify Identity to keep running ads notice only provides a Learn More link which does not provide any actual next steps to fix issue. Support, either there is none that can be reached or very hard to get one! VERY FRUSTRATING! PLEASE IMPROVE THE SUPPORT INFRASTRUCTURE. PLEASE!

Absolute garbage. Google ads is hot trash. Will be running an ad just fine without issue. for no reason after 2 weeks it'll disapprove the ad and shut it down. Google will then proceed to take the views and subscribers back. slowly over time I noticed the numbers dropping as I am not using Google ads anymore. The app is one of the worst apps I have ever had the displeasure of using, my campaigns don't even show up in the ap, but they have no problem taking my money each time I advertise.

Google ads is the worst place to do marketing if you don't have alot of money to spend. And even worse if you want to advertise services like we do. We are a workshop and turbo repair centre and we need clients to know that buying a new turbo is a ripoff compared to getting your current turbo fixed to help save everyone from unnecessary spending, but when placing it in Google ads, it says that it's not been accepted. So you put money into Google but can't use it to place service provider ads!

The controls of how much I'm spending per ad are horrible. Why can't I just input that I want to spend $100 over 3 days? It breaks it down into weird per-day math, where you can't input the start date, and it's a total surprise how much I'm spending per ad. I usually like math, but not the math I have to do to figure out how much I'm going to spend on a campaign. I also really don't like that they force you to use this app on your phone because they won't allow you to zoom in/out on the website.

I just created an ad campaign and minutes later received an email from Google telling me there are two policy issues with the ad. So, I click the "View and fix policy issues" button in the email, which takes me to the policy manager page on the Google Ad site, which tells me "You don't have any policy issues." Hmm. No idea what to make of this.

The worst thing I have ever done!! Each week the reports say that I received 3 phone calls from my ads but I Never did! I received zero work from the ads over the past two months and was charged several hundred dollars a month! It took me two weeks to find out how to cancel even though it says "you can cancel anytime" there were several different instructions on how to cancel but non were correct. My girlfriend finally found it and she wasn't even sure how she found it but it is well hidden!

Unfortunately the $500 add credit offer is very misleading and deceptive. The functionality of the app and the ads are just fine, but I was very disappointed when I thought I was using ad credit, but then realized that I was going to be charged $78 for basically nothing. I never would have let my bill run up that high if I had known about this scammy ad credit offer. Not to mention all that came of it was I got some "impressions". Not even a single click to my website or a phone call.

Absolutely TERRIBLE!! They took money out of my account without ever having an ad up. $150 is a lot to go missing! My account history on this app also confirms I have never made an ad. To stop these payments I wanted to delete my account but their account canceling leads to a 404 error site not found. You can't take your card off the app because it needs to have payment method at all times or access to your bank account! Never got through to the help line. I'm trying out Facebook ads.
