App won't let me edit budget anymore. I was able to just a few weeks ago. why take away the ability to edit budget in the app? makes it useless
constant issues with removing and adding payment methods. This has caused major issues with me growing in YouTube and becoming eligible for monetization. I called Googl Ads at least ten times and ignored my issues and pushed me away. I f need be I might have to take legal actions with an attorney.
google ads automated systems are flawed . they have no business user interface in case of any issue all they have is a reinstatement form in which they always reject the appeal and keep your business suspended from advertising. not good service anymore . they must have some agent system to interact with the business holder. they must tell the suspended business holder why their ad is suspended and what can they do to correct things for them
Been handy until recently. Now not able to edit most of the funtions in the app.pls bring back old one where we could edit without visiting website.
you can't do half the functionality you need to in this app, and the website cannot open or operate properly in a browser. it is on YOU as the developer to make those things all compatible and work properly. FIX AND UPDATE your janky system
it's been a fine app to recently. with new updates, you can no longer adjust without logging on to the computer. if I have to log on to the computer then your app is usless.
Been handy until recently can't do anything via mobile app, even to view, it says can't open on app, must open from website. Which is a hassle when u need to check for updates on the go. developer should bring back the functionality where we can view updates on the go via apps. it just defeat the purpose if its not accessible via app
Error, app is not loading. App stops working when accidentally an invalid account is selected. Where is the button to switch the account?? NO I WON'T USE THE ACCOUNT TO RUN EU POLITICAL ADS, can you disable the annoying notification?
I loved the app but recently you guys have started this verification headache multiple stages asking personal identification documents not just business this has become a data collection app, just because there is not other platform as vast as google. I have been using it for 5 years and now it is not what it used to be even though I select specific areas for advertising my ads show up to far off places where we cannot cater just drains money
a horrible company with zero customer service options. Ive canceled my adds but am still getting charged for advertising. when I try to reach somebody to get answers, i'm redirected to another computer that requires information that is impossible for me to find.
