So here's my take on Google Fit: Activity Tracking. I've tried a bunch of different fitness apps and this one's pretty solid overall. The Heart Points system is a clever way to gamify your activity and motivate you to move more. And the social features like challenges are cool too. But I will say the app can be a bit buggy at times and the design feels a little outdated. Still, for a free app it delivers where it counts - helping you get healthier through simple, trackable activity goals.

Description

Been using Google Fit: Activity Tracking for a couple months now. It’s basically an app that helps you get more active and improve your overall health. Pretty solid if you’re into fitness tracking and hitting activity goals.

Here’s what you do: you set a daily goal of ‘Heart Points’ based on WHO and AHA recommendations. You earn these points by doing activities that get your heart rate up, like walking, running, biking, etc. There’s also fun challenges you can join and you can see how you compare to friends. Took me a while to figure some of it out, but the features are pretty useful overall.

Look, if you’re into health and fitness apps, you’ll probably like this one. It’s not perfect – the UI can be a little clunky at times – but it gets the job done. Worth checking out if you wanna be more active and hit your fitness goals.

It's a pretty good app, I like tracking my steps and my workouts and weight all in one place and I like that it connects to other apps. However, two...
