I loved this app, but recently, I have been having issues sending messages. My friends even say that when receiving messages from me, there is a long delay. It's getting frustrating not knowing if people are receiving my messages. UPDATE: 3/2/25- while there is still a delay in receiving pictures or videos. I wish I could add background pictures to individual messages. I really couldn't care less about the bubble colors.
I can't receive or send text messages, videos, or pictures. this has been happening for 2 days now. very frustrating I can't get things from loved ones and vice versa. are you going to Fox the issues soon or do I have to continue calling or using another app to text loved ones? I have cleared the cache and restarted my phone 3 times. I've uninstalled and reinstalled. I have some everything possible. but nothing works.

I absolutely DESPISE this app. Maybe part of it has to do with being forced to use it, since my regular texting app has been removed, but there's no way to mute convos, no way to have certain people prioritized, so my family's texts are buried under 20 spam texts, cannot personalize each person's background, forced into 6 choices of convo bubble colour. I could go on, but there's a character limit.

generally good experiences, but I can no longer search my messages with keywords, I think this function stopped working several months ago, I just decided to put in a review about it. I used to easily go to the search, type in a word and multiple chats, texts, threads, whatever would pop up, even if it was the technical description of a picture, all words, media, links would be highlighted using that word. now, no, every response is, nothing found, no matches found or whatever. lame. hate that

I wish this app was better with searching for a specific message. For example: if I'm trying to find a message about an appointment, it does show that there are messages with that word, but it doesn't show the exact messages. It's very frustrating! Also, it doesn't show the time when you left a draft nor can I delete multiple messages. This app makes me miss the Message+ app so much! It was much better!

will not stay synced between my MacBook and my phone. got a new phone and it's even worse. some messages are only on one; some are only on the other; some conversations only show part of the conversation. instructions for syncing don't seem to work. got QR reader on my phone but there's no QR code on the computer and can't seem to get one to come up. it doesn't seem to have any other way of connecting them either. ugh. what a pain. constant WASTE OF TIME

I really wish I could give negative stars. After coming off Message+ which was great, this app is horrible! It is sluggish when trying to send photos from my gallery. It takes forever for the photos to load and scroll through and it changes the order of the pictures. I can never find anything I'm trying to send to somebody. I feel like I'm using dial-up from 1999. While typing, the window is small making it difficult to watch what you're typing and check for typos as you're going along. HATE IT!

Y'all are probably using an AI to write the code for this app suddenly aren't you? Something happened a few weeks ago. And it's been hot trash since. App won't load gifs, any multimedia messages, freezes up, I restart my phone, and it still doesn't work. Sometimes. It's missing a lot of core things I used to use as well. Stop focusing on features! And focus on functionality...

There should be a user manual with this. I've had non-stop trouble using it. Such as finding archived messages, not being able to save pictures to my gallery, and much more. I go to Google and look for help, and I get everything but what I need. Google said to see archived messages by opening the app and clicking the 3 bars. There aren't any bars. I click archived in the menu, and the app closes. I really miss Verizon message +. It was user-friendly & I didn't need an IT degree to use.
