Been using Google Voice for a couple months now. It’s basically a phone service that gives you a separate number you can use for calls, texts, and voicemail. Pretty solid app if you’re into that kind of thing.

Here’s what you do: You can make and receive calls, send and get texts, and listen to voicemails all through the app. There’s also spam filtering and the ability to block numbers – that’s pretty cool. And you can sync it across your devices so you can use it on your computer, phone, or tablet.

Look, if you need a second phone number or just want more control over your calls and messages, you’ll probably like this. It’s not perfect – the text messaging doesn’t work everywhere – but overall it does the job. Worth checking out.

So here's my honest take on Google Voice. I've tested a bunch of communication apps and this one's pretty good. The ability to have a separate number for calls and texts is really useful, and I like how it syncs across devices. The spam filtering and blocking features work well too. On the downside, the text messaging is a bit limited and the interface can be confusing at first. But overall, it's a solid option if you need more control over your phone number.
