This was the worst experience I had with a delivery service. I ordered, thinking they would leave the order at my hotel front desk to pick up later. Instead, there was a requirement to scan my ID and texting photos wasn't enough. By the time I tried to reorder, it was sold out and closed everywhere. The ID requirement should be IN THE APP. Now, I literally wasted both time and money.

They make canceling and dealing with support FOR anything, including a refund, an absolute nightmare! They claim no hidden fees for subscribers, but there is. They sneak price hikes in and will says 20min delivery is included with $7.99, but it's not. You'll get 50% off the price of that perk 🤔. This strategy is baked throughout. You'll have a cart of $40, but a total of $56, oh and not including tipping. Use it when you NEED it, it's not too bad for one offs, BUT SUBSCRIBERS BEWARE.

They need to do a Pin location for the address. Their drives spend to much time looking for exact apartment buildings/numbers. Don't know why they are late to this, all other major food delivery apps have that feature. Helps both the driver and the customer. Edit.. your customer service is horrible. Rather than try and solve my issue they tried to appease me with a $5 discount for a $10 item. Driver lied about my missing item and said another driver was bringing it. They never did.

The app is easy to use and it's useful for many things, you can buy a few grocery items when you need them, buy dinner for the night, etc. They're limited on what they have available as far as produce and vegetables go, however the app basically functions as a visit to the convenience store, so it's understandable. They have very late delivery as well, it's a great app to use.

The app is mostly easy to use and the ordering process has worked well for me. My main complaint is that twice in the last 12 months it decides I don't have the Fam subscription even though I paid for it. So then I get charged $7 in extra fees and it's 20+ minutes on the phone to see about a refund and they tell me that Fam doesn't include X, Y, or Z until I send them a screenshot from the app showing literally that it includes those things. Such disappointing customer service.

I'm giving one star because for as long as I've been ordering, even before pandemic lockdowns, 4/5 times I order, I end up getting a call telling me "hey we are out of item x from your order". I don't care that you're out of, I care because nothing is ever up to date on what you have, and it's not that hard to keep accurate inventory. This level of of inaccuracy for your user interface is unacceptable.

I've been using Gopuff for years now, and it's really been declining as of late. It's definitely the best delivery app out there, but the cons are starting to out weigh the pros. Also, the way they treat out of stock items is atrocious. You'll find out after you've ordered that something was out of stock by them just removing it from your order. No heads up, no replacement options, nothing. It's frustrating and doesn't make the app worth it.

Mostly they are reliable and efficient, especially late nights(til 4am) but just like any other service they have their times too where they do urky things like, let you place your order, just to turn around and cancel it due to no driver's wanting to deliver because they are almost closed. Also,if they don't have an item, instead of informing you and giving you an option to choose another while order is still at store, they just won't include item and send order out as is with no communication.

I USE to luv this app. They have a store not but a few miles away from me . For the longest time almost a yr no problems very happy, I ordered a few times a week . Went a few months not ordering , come back nothing is the same . 1st try sold out of just about everything. Second attempt , not delivering in my area . Too much competition, lost a good customer peace out .

Easy to use. Service was excellent. We were shopping for stuff we couldn't get at Walmart Grocery and other stores but was skeptical at first. It was pretty late at night when we placed the order. When the order was accepted it stated it would be delivered at 130am. I thought maybe it was an automated alert/mistake made by a new company but I noticed their tracker showed the ordeoving thru their process. It was delivered on time and only 2 items weren't available. Freaking awesome!

Service has gone way downhill the last few months. Orders being canceled without notification. Items removed from orders without notification. They refuse to refund defective and expired items. Their delivery times are more than an hour now, sometimes two or three hours... I have canceled my subscription. Oh well, this will just save me money because they always have been a bit expensive. I guess thank you GoPuff for letting your service go to ****. It will be good for my wallet.

I just finally deleted my gopuff account after having one for at least 6+ years, I had been a long time customer with next to no issues. Prices used to be okay, now they're incredibly high, unless you sign up for FAM. And I remember when they used to have good customer service, but over the years, it's really gone down hill. They'll deliver expired products and then refuse to give your money back (even with photo proof).

so with any other app you have will that I have I mean to deliver things like King Soopers, Walmart, Target, Safeway, etc. I don't have to spend $35 in order to get the delivery without being charged extra. The only delivery like amount that they need is at least like what $13? And if you have FAM The delivery fee is $0. The only bad thing is that some of the things that they have are priced way higher than what it would be if you were to go to the store and pick it up. But it is what it is.

They have great deals on eggs,bread ,and milk! Three of the most needed items that are usually forgotten ! Also have Alot of quick items for the impromptu party and whatnot! I have only used them 2x in the last month! Since I first gave a review,I still use them for eggs ,milk and bread and miscellaneous things ! 7.99$ a month for the fam deals really can't beat the price ,pays for itself in one order especially when you get the eggs,milk bread at 2$ each ! My dogs love it too !

Wait times advertised are not accurate. They advertise deliveries in 15 minutes and then that wait time once you order is muuuuch longer. Feels very scammy that they give the option to pay a fee to give "priority," but then you'll see that they dropped off someone else's order first. Not helpful when I ordered something that was supposed to be here quickly before I left for work and my 15 minute advertised wait time is now 45 minutes. Use any other service or option first if you can, y'all!

This is the 2nd time I've used GoPuff they come faster than any delivery service. I wasn't too happy the first time because I felt the size vs. price was a little extra pricey for smaller product. However, after using them a second time I discovered they have surprise bags for different prices which are items that are reduced to sell quickly due to them being close to expire. I spent $17.00 and I can say I got a bargain and will be doing this again 2 bags for big lays and more

so I've had gopuff for years. most of the time it was a great experience until recently. so I paid for the FAM membership on a yearly basis. so I had just paid for a whole year, and out of the blue they decide that my location no longer delivers to my house. I thought it was weird because I'm less than a mile away from the store. I contacted customer service and they said they couldn't fix it. so I asked for a refund on my fam membership since they won't deliver to me, and they said no refunds.

Two of my most recent experiences resulted in waiting up to 3 hours for my order to even be packed when delivery was estimated at 30 minutes. They automatically apply a 5 dollar credit and customer service cannot do anything other than say I'm sorry. They also do not know how to delete account information even though it is listed on the website. Gopuff used to be so good. Big sad.

I love gopuff! I don't drive and walking to stores is just a hassle with my busy schedule. I like to have a drink or two after a busy day. I previously used car hop to have alcohol delivered, but a lot of times it would take over an hour only to get something I didn't order. I have not had this problem with gopuff. I always get what I order and it's fast every time! And they have so much to offer! Food, alcohol, vape products and pharmacy items. Gopuff is my absolute go to app for delivery!

The membership is a scam!! A lot of people are tricked into buying their membership as one just has to click join fam and it will give you a year subscription and cut about 40 dollars off your account, absolutely no help with the customer service and a really shady way to steal money from their customers!! Use it with a lot of caution or you will be caught into their tricks!!!
