This was the worst experience I had with a delivery service. I ordered, thinking they would leave the order at my hotel front desk to pick up later. Instead, there was a requirement to scan my ID and texting photos wasn't enough. By the time I tried to reorder, it was sold out and closed everywhere. The ID requirement should be IN THE APP. Now, I literally wasted both time and money.

They make canceling and dealing with support FOR anything, including a refund, an absolute nightmare! They claim no hidden fees for subscribers, but there is. They sneak price hikes in and will says 20min delivery is included with $7.99, but it's not. You'll get 50% off the price of that perk 🤔. This strategy is baked throughout. You'll have a cart of $40, but a total of $56, oh and not including tipping. Use it when you NEED it, it's not too bad for one offs, BUT SUBSCRIBERS BEWARE.

They need to do a Pin location for the address. Their drives spend to much time looking for exact apartment buildings/numbers. Don't know why they are late to this, all other major food delivery apps have that feature. Helps both the driver and the customer. Edit.. your customer service is horrible. Rather than try and solve my issue they tried to appease me with a $5 discount for a $10 item. Driver lied about my missing item and said another driver was bringing it. They never did.

The app is easy to use and it's useful for many things, you can buy a few grocery items when you need them, buy dinner for the night, etc. They're limited on what they have available as far as produce and vegetables go, however the app basically functions as a visit to the convenience store, so it's understandable. They have very late delivery as well, it's a great app to use.

The app is mostly easy to use and the ordering process has worked well for me. My main complaint is that twice in the last 12 months it decides I don't have the Fam subscription even though I paid for it. So then I get charged $7 in extra fees and it's 20+ minutes on the phone to see about a refund and they tell me that Fam doesn't include X, Y, or Z until I send them a screenshot from the app showing literally that it includes those things. Such disappointing customer service.

I'm giving one star because for as long as I've been ordering, even before pandemic lockdowns, 4/5 times I order, I end up getting a call telling me "hey we are out of item x from your order". I don't care that you're out of, I care because nothing is ever up to date on what you have, and it's not that hard to keep accurate inventory. This level of of inaccuracy for your user interface is unacceptable.

I've been using Gopuff for years now, and it's really been declining as of late. It's definitely the best delivery app out there, but the cons are starting to out weigh the pros. Also, the way they treat out of stock items is atrocious. You'll find out after you've ordered that something was out of stock by them just removing it from your order. No heads up, no replacement options, nothing. It's frustrating and doesn't make the app worth it.

Mostly they are reliable and efficient, especially late nights(til 4am) but just like any other service they have their times too where they do urky things like, let you place your order, just to turn around and cancel it due to no driver's wanting to deliver because they are almost closed. Also,if they don't have an item, instead of informing you and giving you an option to choose another while order is still at store, they just won't include item and send order out as is with no communication.

I USE to luv this app. They have a store not but a few miles away from me . For the longest time almost a yr no problems very happy, I ordered a few times a week . Went a few months not ordering , come back nothing is the same . 1st try sold out of just about everything. Second attempt , not delivering in my area . Too much competition, lost a good customer peace out .

Easy to use. Service was excellent. We were shopping for stuff we couldn't get at Walmart Grocery and other stores but was skeptical at first. It was pretty late at night when we placed the order. When the order was accepted it stated it would be delivered at 130am. I thought maybe it was an automated alert/mistake made by a new company but I noticed their tracker showed the ordeoving thru their process. It was delivered on time and only 2 items weren't available. Freaking awesome!
