Been using GOWOD – Mobility & Stretching for a couple months now. It’s basically an app that helps you improve your mobility and flexibility. Pretty solid if you’re an athlete or just into fitness in general.
Here’s what you do: You start by testing your current mobility and flexibility levels. Then the app gives you personalized stretching and mobility routines to work on your weaknesses. There’s also a whole library of sport-specific routines – everything from CrossFit to golf. Took me a while to figure out all the features but it’s been really useful.
Look, if you’re into improving your athletic performance or just want to move better in everyday life, you’ll probably like this app. It’s not perfect – the app can be a bit glitchy sometimes – but overall it does the job. Worth checking out if you want to take your mobility to the next level.
