Here’s what you can do: you can check your current altitude, track elevation changes, and view your altitude profile over time. And there’s also a feature to set altitude alarms, which is pretty cool. And you can save your favorite locations and track your routes – took me a while to figure that one out but it’s actually really useful.
Look, if you’re the kind of person who likes to know exactly how high up you are, you’ll probably like this app. It’s not perfect – the UI can be a bit clunky at times – but overall it does the job. Worth checking out if you need an accurate altimeter for your outdoor adventures.

So here's my honest take on GPS Altimeter - Altitude App. I've tested a bunch of altimeter and GPS apps, and this one's pretty solid overall. The altitude readings are super accurate, even in tricky mountain terrain, and I like how it uses both GPS and barometric data. The route tracking and saving locations is really handy too. That said, the interface could be a bit more user-friendly, and the altitude alarms aren't the most intuitive to set up. But for an all-around altimeter and GPS tool, it's one of the better ones I've used.
