It's just Ok. The major issue is the amount of ads and basic functionality hidden behind a paywall, that isn't one time, but a subscription. There is absolutely no reason for this application to have a subscription; it's completely self-contained, there is nothing that absolutely must be run on an external server, hence, no need for ongoing charges, and removing ads isn't a "service".
Reviews for GPS Emulator
← Back to GPS EmulatorWorks great and the pro version is super affordable at $1 a month.
There is no contact info on the app or app store, so I am writing here. The app keeps crashing every 10-30 minutes. I only get a system notification that there was an error. Hope you can fix this. It'd a great app.
app was great minus the fact that it crashes 3 times on startup EVERY TIME...until yesterday when it literally just stopped working. Now my location is exposed for all the apps to see all of the time. Dev seems to be a self-righteous hypocrit that is against people using this for gaming (NOT cheating) but more than happy to take our money under fals pretenses. who's cheating who? with the latest update, there are new features designed to allow your location to be leaked to gaming apps. 0 stars
Used to work great. No longer effective. Just bounces back to your actual location.
GPS emulator App. is Good But You Have To Be Real Good Best Please-( START BETA TESTING PROGRAM UPDATES REGULARLY IMPROVE FREE FEATURES PROVIDE MOVE LOCATION MODE facility FEATURE )-Only After Then We Gives You Five Star.
Avoid. This is more of an ads player, rather than a proper app. Latest updates just brought more ads, while the stability went worse - sometimes it just refuses to open. There are a lot of other apps present in the Play Market doing the same thing, but with less ads and more reliable.
The app is helpful to me as a kyc agent but the ads are too much, and sometimes I will be in hurry to setup some of my system location and the ads will keep pooping on the screen with different version. And it doesn't keep records of search location. it should be keeping record please.
I want to pay the pro version and the app doesn't allow me to change the country/ region. I'm from one country but I move to another country and doesn't allow me to use cash app or Google pay
Great App, does exactly what I need!. The only problem is that it says with the paid version you can change location "on the fly", can't seem to do it!. I need to stop faking my current location, go and choose another faked location, and then activate the fake location again!. But, it's a really great app!.
I like the simplicity of it but the advisement is annoying. Even though it's expected because it's free it should have clickbiat on it when you try to exit out from the advertisement.
Ad time has increased to nearly 3 minutes before even being able to access the app. Stop being greedy trying to force people to pay a subscription fees to get rid of the ads..... add a one time fee to drop the ads for a limited experience and then add more features like favorite addresses and search history for the subscription.
Down to 5 stars to 4 stars for the abundance of ads to 1 (ZERO) stars for the insane bombardment of apps and the fact that the app now barely works at all. It freezes, won't fully boot and when it does... 2 minute long unskippable ads when it is very very important for me to change location quickly and when I NEED to. As soon as I find another GPS location app, this one is going in the trash and I will never use it again.
It gets one star because it partially worked. I needed it to fake my location on life 360, and it did show that I was in the location I wanted it to show, but if you looked into my phone usage on Life 360 it showed drive details of where I had been going. So on the surface it looked like it worked, but if you're smart (paranoid) enough to look a little harder it doesn't work.
Yeah just know if you use this app your data is getting farmed out like it's a field in Oklahoma. I just happened to thoroughly check the menus that come up right after install about tracking & data. These sneaky developers had 300+ switches you have to turn off if you don't want to be tracked at all. (Two settings for each data buyer - on by default of course) I gave up and just uninstalled once I realized how ridiculous it was. Making all that money from data farming and app still sucks. :/
Works exactly as intended. I needed to be in a US based location to use software on my phone but was traveling in Canada so I found this lil gem. Lotsa ads but hey developers gotta eat too. They aren't overly intrusive but they are persistent. If I have to use it enough I'll gladly pay $10 a year for no ads. One star off for lotsa ads and no flat rate option. Not really into subscriptions but if I have to do this kind of thing more I'll bite the bullet and buy it.
Works fairly fine, no huge problems or positives besides loading the adds often crashes it. I'd be willing to buy it, but there's no purchase option, just a subscription. For a product that provides no live service, or has any upkeep or servers to have the product provided, there is zero reason to need to pay a subscription besides greed. I'd buy it, not going to "rent" an app.
It works for spoofing your Google, and your snap, and other apps that don't have much need to check for a spiifer I mean it doesn't really work for Pokémon Go of course not since they have been coming up with ways to combat spoofing. It will work as far as changing location in the game but it doesn't work to the point it shows the gyms and the wild Pokémon that it should show normally. Every thing else it works like a charm. No joystick mode but that's okay. The adds aren't too invasive either.
App performs the task for which it is described. Doesn't always load properly the first time, and the ads are quite annoying, but it gets the job done. If you had a one-time pro user charge, I would pay it, but I'm not going to pay monthly to use this ad free. Make it a one-time fee, and I'm in. EDIT: app is now more stable after various updates, and the free version is much less persistent with the ads, which is extremely irritating. Still bad, but not AS bad.
This app used to be good, now it's just a ripoff. I've been using the paid version for a few years, but after the last update when I opened the app, I'm back on the free version with ads. Apparently the dev decided to say screw all the people that already paid, now you have to pay a subscription fee. Of course no refund was issued for my "purchase" price.
