Okay, so at first I downloaded the free version and got an ad. wasn't to happy about that. but then I found the pro version, and i gotta say it works great. tells me my exact speed (it takes no time at all to update my current speed) and I run it along side the yamaha app (split screen) and it works great!

USELESS so far. I paid for the PRO version. I need an audible alert when I exceed a set speed. Thats all I personally need. But I get no alert, no matter my speed. I have emailed the developers 3 times but after 3 days have received no reply despite their claim of responding to emails within 6 hours.

Works only once in a while. My dashboard lights for speedometer is out, so I got this app so I could use in the evening. But that's the time app wouldn't pick up satellite for speedometer to work. Try something else, what do you expect for a dollar ten!? Guess I'll just have to try again on another app. Maybe I'll get lucky on the next.

Well this particular app is superior, straight forward in use GPS speedometer...If your on wheels this one's got you covered...My speedometer failed in my ole car...this is an alternative and inexpensive stand in, until I've repaired it...is cheaper than the repair at the moment...🤗thanks for building it you all... How about a gas mileage feature...in put gas amount it'll compute your average.. 👍

Extremely pleased with GPS Speedometer Pro. I was recently given a car on which the odometer reading is not readable and had no idea what kind of mileage I was getting. This app has remedied that situation for me without having to spend God knows how much to repair or replace the odometer in the dash.

I love this app! It's simple - "Start Trip"; there's an "Exit" button ✅; the colours are vibrant; the digits are large in landscape/simple mode ✅✅; you can use it displayed over google maps, as a small display in the centre; when you stop, all the information about your trip has been recorded with the option to save; I could pay to remove ads ✅✅✅✅✅ AND it's affordable - none of this subscription rubbish! I will not subscribe to any app! Thank you so much for the perfect speedometer 😊👌🏼✅

I like this app because I prefer a digital readout of my speed vs the analog one in my automobile. The one improvement I would like to see is the compass be digital too, the old school compass rose doesn't do it well.

I've been using this app for years now and am still very happy with it. At one point my car had sporadic trouble with its speedometer, which resolved itself mysteriously after just a view days and me having already made an appointment with my trusted repair shop. While being stuck with an unreliable internal speedo I looked for a short term alternative and found it with this app. And I've been using it from time to time, just because I like it quite a bit.

Doesn't seem to matter what I do, it will not work. With all permissions set properly, it won't report a speed. Tried following the troubleshooting tips in the app, it still won't work. Even under clear skies, in a flat area, uninterrupted 360° view of the sky, nope! App regularly reports 25-30+ satellites, yet it still can't tell me what speed I'm doing. Wondered if this was an issue because I plug my phone in for AndroidAuto SatNav, but other GPS speed apps work just fine when I do that.

Very good, does what it says. Had to buy quickly the Pro, as the normal one did put ads on whole screen while almost stopping (0--1 kmph) and then did not remove it for like 10 mins, when I had the chance to press the tiny (x) while on a stop-light. My main ”complain” is that I would like to see Average Speed all the time INSTEAD of Max Speed, which is of no real practical use (to me) but I dont seem to find the option....

Great app except what causes the apps speed to jump up and down while stopped and also moving? This doesn't happen all the time and yes my phone died have full signal. I have the paid pro version and I've uninstalled reinstalled also sit the phone I of and back on. This happens randomly on the way to work and home and sometimes it doesn't happen at all on the same route.

Great app! Very fast and effective. It could use better editing platforms. Mainly for what, where, and appearances. So you are able to totally customize your windows. Including the floating speedometer, when the app is closed in the background. Plus a few more choices. Like screen time out and the floating speedometer, when the screen is off. Still a decent app though.

In my Top 10 must have apps! I've used this app for several years, off and on. When my dash lights finally quit, about a month ago, this became a must have. Now I've discovered that it not only accurately gives you your speed, but also allows you to track your mileage, for an entire trip, and log the trips!!! So I bought the Pro version! Support good app developers, and this is one of them!!!

So far its been a great app. Its been very accurate as far as monitoring my speed in real time. I have tested it in multiple vehicles and its been spot on 99% of the time. Sometimes lags at slower speeds but gps isn't perfect with any device. I use it as my primary speedometer on my custom bike as I didnt install one during the build. It records each trip, times, max speed, distance and route traveled. Cant get much better in my opinion.

Very accurate so far. A huge part of my job is driving g, and I get reimbursed for my mileage. The instrument panel in my car is going out so I frequently lose both my speedometer and trip meter. This app is a lifesaver for me! During the periods when my instrument panel is actually functioning, I compared it to this app and they matched EXACTLY, both speed and mileage. Very impressed! Best $1.10 I've spent!

To operate, very very accurate! A lot of additional features that make the paid Persian worth it! The only possible upgrade I can see that would be beneficial because more background color options and read out color options. The odometer, the trip meter, the compass, the elevation, and the speed read out are all amazing features! Highly highly recommend! I downloaded it for my iPhone as well!

Unlike other GPS apps, this one won't take the GPS feed away from Google Maps (My Itinerary), so my travel history will be accurate. I wish it would automatically pause recording when car stops, and resume if moving again. That in addition to manually pause and resume. Also, better design for split screen on a smartphone. Right now some controls are missing and some values overflow into the next line.

Opted for the ad free version because I use this app on my motorcycle. My gloves don't allow me to click anything on my phone so when I'd get an ad riding, I'd have to pull over and take my gloves off just to hit the X. But with no ads, no problem! I would reccomend maybe like a 5 second "timeout" kind of thing for the app you do have ads in. That way when the ad is done playing you don't have to use the phone while driving. Just wait 5 seconds and it goes back to the speedo. Just my 2 cents.

This is an almost great app. I use it to monitor my driving mileage for business use. Easy to use, nice big numbers and very accurate. BUT, it occasionally locks up mid-trip, usually after stopping for a few minutes. It retains data captured up to that point, but it stops recording everything from that point. If you don't notice it quickly it can throw off the reading for an entire trip. Only fix I've found is to uninstall it, then reinstall. Not difficult, but it requires finding a safe place.

My speedometer/odometer on my truck doesn't work correctly because a former owner put the wrong size tires on it. This app fixed that! I'm using an old phone and I never turn the app off between fillups, so now, I can compute an accurate MPG. I use the mirror feature, set the phone on the dash, and I have a head-up display reflection on the windshield! 10 out of 10.
