I’ve been using GPS Test Plus Navigation for a couple months now. It’s basically a GPS app that lets you check your signal strength, see satellite positions, and even do some simple offline navigation. Pretty solid app if you’re into that kind of thing.

Here’s what you do: you can see a chart showing the signal strength for each GPS satellite, and there’s also a cool skyview mode that shows where the satellites are positioned. And it’s got some basic navigation features too – you can save locations and follow routes.
