Apps is fine only GPS not so stable. It confuse drivers especially if in unfamiliar places. Something need to be done to improve the navigation. It's excellent navigation but unstable sometimes.

All that are available are their articles which is just limited so you end up your issues unresolved. And AI is just reliant to the articles so no help at all. My issue is that their mandatory training is not showing in my apps so how can I comply, and their deadline for complying is only until August 22, 2025. Today is August 19, 2025. No AI or articles was able to resolve my issue. 1 star for this app
Version 5.394.0 is a buggy version. Those who haven't updated should skip this version. To those who had updated, then good luck. Grab doesn't seem to have a team of beta tester to test their apps before rolling out their apps. This is quite disappointing as people are depending on the apps to earn a living. Version 5.395.0 fixed some of the bugs but still remains buggy.
I am stuck at this grab learning academy. Interface problem, the start button for the quiz never appear. I reached out to customer service called claudine, claudine gave me a link to do the quiz, she told me to send her the screen shot that I passed.. I did all that and followed up with her but no action until now. I guess I will be stuck forever.
Worst app ever experienced iny life. Was pushed to accept a job today, hello?? When did I become a FT Grab driver? Edited: Latest problematic issue, unable to accept jobs due to some unknown bugs, will give 0 star if possible. Edited again: Same issue, unable to accept jobs again, more than a month still not resolved, wonder if it is them not competent in resolving the issue or not bother at all, most probably the latter.
The ETA (Estimated Time of Arrival) in GrabMap is very inaccurate. For example, in heavy traffic, Grab still shows “3 minutes” even though the real delay is more than 13 minutes. Even after 5 minutes of driving, the ETA does not update. This misleads passengers, makes drivers look like they are delaying, and affects our ratings unfairly. Many drivers are forced to use Waze or Google Maps for accurate traffic info. Grab should urgently improve ETA calculation and traffic prediction
using grab hitch. the booking planner constantly crashes when loading, and needs to keep refreshing. I also disabled the auto accept job option, but somehow app will still force a job pop up notification that I did not request, and cancelling it lowers the job acceptance rate unfairly, very poorly designed app function. the map is also very very outdated and always shows long detour routes even though there is a straightforward path, have to use Google maps. Please fix.
It keeps bugging out. dangerous because while im driving the app closes and ofcourse i needed the navigation thru the grab driver app. it can cause accident due to reopening the app or once you open the app you will go right or left. and you suddenly quickly go on the side because the map tells to.
there is so much pest working at the airport. they all use third-party tools & cheat the systems. please do something so honest workers can get something. also add trip counting history, like how much I've completed from registered. add achievements, examples: 1, 2,3 years and so on as driver/rider.
Slow down, you're just wasting your time if this is your trip, no orders come in for an hour, you'll just waste your time waiting for the booking, sometimes you save your money, you won't get it in full if no cash comes in, there's still a lot to fix if you need to go to GCash.
Good day, Grab. My experience with this App is OK because we can cash out right away instead of having to wait 8 hours. The reporting method for drop offs is also great if you drop early.our passenger and we rate our passenger and when we look at the map, it looks great and as part of our performance, we can also get a loan.
hi, could you fix chat camera function, sometime the picture disappear while loading, n got to sent multiple try when low connection. i understand the connection part, but please not make it disappear, i already walk outside while it loading the picture, n it just disappear then i got to get back inside to take picture. :( Also, pickup photo seems trouble some, i feel like wasting my time taking pic b4 move on. some seller also urge me to complete pickup soon, but i got to take receipt pic 1st
the navigation app is slow, laggy and a lot of times inaccurate. It would also be helpful if the passenger fare would be visible to us riders, because there are times that the passengers will pay at the pickup point and we don't know the full fare amount. It has a negative impact to passengers and it makes them think the driver app is lacking.
Ui is messy compare to other platforms App drains battery way too much. 5000mah battery phone on Foodpanda can last at least 8hours no issue and still left with about 30-40%. But on Grab, 4hours and already at 40-50% Shift booking at 4.30pm is almost impossible regardless of tier. On the shift booking page, it keeps on getting "Oops, something went wrong" when you want to book shifts. Feels like they are gatekeeping the shift slots. Only pros this has over other platforms is fast cash out.
Again, new updates gave new and move problems. Now, the navigation app is always freezed after drop off a passenger and ready to go for the next passenger. Next, when you tap overview and back to navigation, it shows you a different direction. 3rd, once enter the tunnel, the maps go hair wired, it lost track your direction shows you are on surface navigation not in the tunnel and keeps jumping. 4th, again I have to say please remove the graphics assistance, its very annoying and not good help.
cannot turn off ride guide perpetually. grab maps suggest alternative route which is awesome, however, if we press ignore route suggestions, it will suggest the same alternative route again. too many times alternative route was chosen quietly when my focus was on the road, ended up journey took longer and rider asked why took the longer route. it was unpleasant and all these bugs can be reproduce
I like the app’s features and usability, but I’ve noticed two issues that affect my earnings and device battery life. First, the app continues to drain my phone battery even with the screen off or after I close it. Second, dispatch assigns long trips (e.g., Pasir Ris → Punggol) that pay very little for the distance. Could the team please investigate the battery usage and consider better locality matching or higher pay for long trips? Appreciate your help.
Once I try to pick up passenger almost 4 km after paid toll RM2.50 suddenly the passenger cancel. I got nothing incurred extra waste petrol & toll fees. And exist toll paid toll again. Also another time passed through toll paid RM2.00 then only the fees is RM5.00 then only received RM3.00 The incentive schedule the word is so tiny & can't enlarge to see the wording & figure. The payment to Maybank is very effective just like duit now pay instantly, really great.
the apps consumes alot of battery, most likely due to built-in GPS. the GPS often leads innacurate route whenever underground roads, highways, and toll roads overlaps. There's no option to pick a navigation between normal road and toll road which makes it harder to make a turn before it's too late. Edit: the incentives has changed, the only thing that makes grab way better than gojek driver app incentives are completely gone, which makes this app hits rock bottom.
The app works fine overall, but please make the booking notification sound louder or change it to something more noticeable. The current “bell” sound is too soft, even wearing a headset or earbuds. It’s easy to miss bookings because of this. Hoping you can add an option to choose a louder or custom tone. Thank you!
