app is very simple to use, great for any young/inexperienced homebuyers, and it's very simple to not only research required savings amounts, but an app/company that PAYS YOU to start putting aside that down payment and closing money! And I'm not talking about getting payed that bank rate, 0.0039% kind of money, your are actually matched to a certain percentage/dollar cap based on your deposits into your account. I can't recommend highly enough! GREAT app, great company- I wasn't paid for this!

This app was really easy to use and made us feel much closer to our goal of buying our own place. The rewards will save us lots of money when buying. Would recommend to anyone that wants to stop renting and own their own home.

It does take money and put account for purchasing a house but I don't know if you can take it out to purchase a house cuz I haven't done that yet they do have a savings account with it as well. you cant login you cant get the money so waste of time.

Used gravy to get my first home. They had a lot of resources that made connecting to a lender and a real estate agent and finding home insurance easy. I did have to negotiate with one of their recommended lenders to get the best rate and closing costs so ultimately could not redeem gravy rewards. But the team was quick to answer my questions and I was able to take advantage of the homebuyer bonus. Overall would recommend.
