Thank you for adding biometric login! The add to calendar feature still does not work. It says that the appointment was added, but it is not on my calendar anywhere.

This app walkways respects me at the wrong time. I'm about to start a questionnaire and I'm redirected to download the new version, which looks exactly the same. Ended up missing the appointment because download isn't reacting.
Have to keep logging in, biometrics does not save. Same with the Paysign pay app, which I find alarming that you set it up, save it, and when you log in again its not saved. Feels like it is storing my biometrics?! Fix please. Makes me dread using either app lately.
The app asks you to "rate your experience yesterday" every time you open it. Yes, even if you already gave a rating two minutes ago. Yes, even if you didn't donate yesterday. Every. Single. Time. Not only that, but it will randomly not allow you to use your fingerprint to sign in, and it will randomly decide that you need to reset your password before it lets you sign in again. It's as if they strived to make this app as annoying an experience to use as possible.
Feels like once they fix one problem another takes its place. When using the fingerprint unlock feature the app gets stuck glitching out, constantly refreshing the page and becomes totally unusable, even restarting my phone doesnt fix it which effectively bricks the app. We need an alternative to this godforsaken piece of junk.
I like being able to schedule and log in with my phone, takes some stress off the staff. However, this app takes forever to open on full bar wifi, on anything less it can take several tries. Recently, it started asking about notifications EVERY TIME I open it, only "yes" and "not now" options. I don't want/need notifications from this app!! It also picks the worst possible times to log me out as if to mock me, like twice a week. Overall useful but frustrating.
The app is okay when it works, and I like how easy it is to make and change appointments. However, it frequently gets stuck in a refresh loop on the welcome screen and you cannot navigate away from it. When that happens, you have to use the website, which has its own set of issues. I hate that when it offers to let you fill out your questionnaire, that's actually an entirely different app. I shouldn't need two apps or to use the website.
Constantly have to go back and change the time before confirming the appointment, now I can't even set an appointment because the app crashes before I can log in. And now I'm constantly being told to give the app access to my location. You do not need my location and you are not getting it, stop telling me you need it. Edit: now the app is wigging out and wo t even load, zero stars.
Since the last update to fix the scheduling issues, the app hasn't been responsive. It allows you to login, but then it loads non-stop. I was only able to log in only once before the issue started. I have uninstalled and reinstalled a couple of times. It only loads properly once, then won't any time after that. I gave a 1 star because, although very useful and practical, it is useless if it won't load. I hope it's up and running again soon so I can update my review.
If it all works perfectly it gets 2 stars. It feels like an executive's nephew coded this. Nothing is very intuitive, account recovery doesn't work, and none of the extremely basic password and account creation safety measures are in place. It's really wild the choices that were made. If the app doesn't work, well you're out of luck. It doesn't seem like there is any app support and they have given their staff little to no training on it (this is not at all on the staff, this is on executives).
