From $23.99 a year to $35.88 a year?! This is 🐂💩I see what you did. Originally, this app was sold as a one-time purchase, which I brought. Then it slammed me into mthly/ yearly payments. Now, it has increased in price once again. NOW IT'S $2.99 MTH or $17.94 / for six mths 😡 Price gouging... What the 🤬 You have slammed my account to trail features? I don't have full premium anymore? My acct is good until January 13, 2024! This is too much. Bye 👋

I'm so happy the Grocery King App is back. I downloaded and paid for this app years ago, and it was in my view, the best shopping app on the market. Then I got a new phone and sadly found it disappeared from play store. Over this time I tried and tested pretty much ever other Grocery app, but none of them seemed to tick all the boxes that the Grocery King app did. Thanks for bringing this back. I highly recommend this app, give it a go, I'm sure you won't be disappointed.

This app needs work to achieve the functionality of the original.... after being contacted by developer, was asked to try again... Still limited to 10 items per list with the free version, even though they said items are now unlimited. They will not waste my time again!

I greatly appreciate the ability to drag & drop the Categories so I can put my List items in order according to the Aisles in my Store. That's the most important part of my shopping trip & it saves me time & eliminates missed items. Thank You.😘 I have to take back my appreciation because the App says I have to subscribe in order to add more items to my list. My only income is Food Stamps because I am waiting to get on Disability-therefore I can't afford to pay for an App. Nice Country☹️😨

Tried a dozen items in my pantry and none of the barcodes registered. Even Walmart brands. I tried to use the picture and got some results. I still had to manually enter the item name and all other categories. Also do not see a way to get a refund for the month I paid to try it. I used it a couple hours and quit.

there is no way to try the scanning feature without paying for it. feels like a scam. uninstalling it

AI or not the old version was more intelligent. No matter what I search for, the app cannot find it. Milk? Nope. Grapes? What is that? 👎🏻

We do love this app. Easy to use. As long as the sync system works, this is the best app out. Makes it easy for me when doing the shopping, while my wife is putting together the lists. I do shopping for my family, and for my parents and some other elderly people that can't get out to shop. Been using this app for along time now. Was using previous version before for years. Good app.

Hands down my favorite grocery app and is worth every penny. What I love is I can add a picture to my grocery item AND save it; it makes it nice when I have a specific product I am looking for. The customer service is by far better than any app I have used to date. I have gotten timely responses and more than just "sorry you're not satisfied." They have let me know when a question or suggestion I had is coming to an update. I dont care to much for the pantry section,but some may find that useful

Purchased Grocery King Pro before you restructured. Paid $7.99 CAD. Not only did I put a lot of effort into customizing the app but now your system doesn't even recognize my email. And now you want a subscription price for full use now ... Glad my money and others paved your way to the new platform but I barely had use before you took your servers down. Way to cheat people. What a disappointment, I briefly loved the app. I no longer will purchase any apps for fear of this happening again!

it would be nice to be able to have a trial so you can explore the app. I would probably be on board but I'm not paying for a year without k owing what I'm getting.

After 2 years of development, it's still half-baked. - You can have a max of 7 (seven) items in the shopping list, which is ridiculous. So basically you have to buy a subscription to use the app... - Where do checked out items go?? - Also, a big part is missing: the Stock section!! How do I know what I need? How do I manage my stock the way it is possible in the old version? - Price: the old version costs a one time $7.99 (but premium features don't work). This one is at best $44.88 per year!! That said, I am excited that it has a meal planning feature, and the possibility to sync across platforms! So, I'll check again in a few months if it has improved.

Just got the app yesterday. So far so good (as I am finding out more about how to use the app) I believe in supporting app developers for their work if the app provides you with what you need. This app does, but.... It is too pricey for my liking and for all the ai and extras. If there were a more affordable option with less bells and whistles then I would most likely pay a monthly or a one time purchase. Other than that, amazing app! Keep up the good work.

concept is good, features are sound but it has pretty much had no success at identifying anything I fed it, whether it's barcodes or photos. I'm looking for AI assisted automation and as of the current version, is not what it claim it can quite achieve (yet)

So far of the 1.5 million items Grocery AI says we can find with a barcode scan I have found none. I tried milk, bread, oreos scanning the barcode and getting no result. Second after I put the item in then checkout it puts two of the item into my pantry even if I have it as one. I have also put in the url for a recipe thinking it would import it that is a no go as well. I hope they address all of this soon. I am disappointed I have to admit Grocery King was my go to shopping app this is not.

I had a previous version of this app which I loved and used for over 3 years. I could store all my loyalty cards, create multiple shopping lists, and easily add an item to multiple lists. When I got a new phone I had to search several times before finding this app. I thought it would store my cards but I've yet to find where to do that. I have not found an easy way to add items to multiple lists. And the feature that's supposed to keep my screen on is not working. Disappointed!!

There is no way to price compare across multiple stores like they show in the screenshots. All I could find was a price compare where you manually enter the price for each store OR they will do a basic search in each store's online grocery and show you the price. If you barcode scan something like Duke's Mayo, the recipe builder will NOT recognize it as Mayo, even when I edit the item to just be called Mayo. All in all there is a lot of manual work for an "AI tool". Misleading.

This is by far the best shopping app ever. I've been using it for years. Now they have a newer, better version. Put all of your stores in. Arrange aisles in all stores. Sort in many ways and proritize. Enter cost so you know what the total cost will be. Pull up all items to buy on one window despite store entered under. There is much here but no bloat ware. A bit of a learning curve but truly not difficult after a bit of playing around. Will soon be your most important daily app.

The AI feature to pull ingredients when taking a picture from a cook book did not work. I spent and hour trying different ways and it couldn't extract the correct ingredients and instructions from the page. The app is beautifully laid out and the aesthetics are great. I was really looking for an app to pull ingredients from printed cookbooks. And I was kind of bummed because I had to spend $10 to use the feature...

Missing The Old Grocery King. I was very happy when I stumbled upon this app after The Grocery King went under a few years back. I'm paying for the premium version, trying my very best to like it, but I just can't. I cannot delete items. After checking out pantry doesn't get updated. I end up with duplicate items ; not sure what that means & expired items doesn't automatically get added to respective shopping lists. The only thing i like is being able to add actual photos of each item.
