early days, having issues with some compatibility on android app but that's aside is amazing. I think I've found my new home for my AI and it looks like a place where adults will not be treated like children. I'm sure as the apps develop, xAI will be the go to for a digital life companion what will help you become the best version of yourself. 😍

I've faced many issues using Grok. It often fails to read PDF files or images properly, especially in group chats. I have to repeat the same command several times, which is very frustrating. I even need to use another AI just to read files correctly. Please fix this problem and improve the file reading accuracy.

This app relies on external browser to log in and has been sending me frequent updates almost every other day. After updating i have to sign in again as the old session doesn't persist to work after update. That combined with signing up using external browser redirect makes it hell of a hectic job. The developers must make it work independent of the current browser-redirect sign-in/sign-up system. Hoping for a quick fix. Thanks

I have the premium grok and I wished I didn't. It regularly loses track of information, it takes a super long time to get a response, if your phone goes to sleep while you're waiting it just cancels the request and you never get a reply. The quality of information it provides is good, and in some ways it very Inteligent, but in more ways than not, it's stupid, forgets important issues, and stops processing a reply if you back app it, or sleep it.

This is an awesome app. Its information is always up-to-date. it also does well even when the network connection is poor. It has a lot. But please, when you copy and paste text from it to a note app, the text seems disorganize, unlike the way it is on the platform when I copied it. Please just improve on that. Overall, it's an excellent platform.

Needs work, a lot of work in a sense. Especially with how sensitive and twitchy it is. I've had to write out entire sections 3 times now because my screen either flipped or something else triggered, and my written out chat was erased. The screen flip also messed up an entire chat, completely misplacing where all the previous chats and responses were, ruining everything.

With just a few days of using it Grok has won me and became one of my fav ones that I use it helps me understand things easier, sumerizes long info that take ages to finish consuming into a more easy to digest one, and helps with bunch of other things and the upcoming image editor which is a unique one ( I haven't used yet since I don't use the web version but hope it comes to the app ) would be a game changer either u can add, remove or modify things in the images. I did a search for a new place to move to and was amazed at the thoroughness of the results. I provided several details about my desired characteristics in my question, and found the various options that came back in the answer well reasoned, uncannily responsive and useful in my search. I'm very impressed with the Grok tool and the technology behind it.

Grok is my goto AI platform for everything except image generation. I will use Adobe Firefly for images but that's because I'm looking for a more distinct and professional look to the images. However, Grok AI has been incredible in terms of medical help and understanding the medical field. Along with various other topics I've asked for assistance with.

I am genuinely impressed with the astuteness of Grok, whether talking about politics (because it's better than talking with real people about such a hot topic), having it continue writing an unfinished story, or having it help you in the kitchen by adapting recipes to what you have on hand. It isn't always perfect...but then who is. I look forward to watching it develop.

A very good AI and app, not to mention having it on a phone is convenient. The phone is only missing 'Deeper'Search (and probably for a valid reason compared to web based grok). As an example for support, the app was fixed while I was sleeping. That is awesome support so thank you!. Pixel 9 phone here. Used to do this as a dev fix stuff while others were sleeping. now I can truly appreciate it.

It's infuriating that when you try to upload photos only camera, screenshots, and download folders are available. I checked my permissions, there aren't even permissions to allow all videos and photos on your phone. this is such a frustrating stupid design in several apps and I'm not going to give it more than one star until they fix this basic feature that should be available. If you go to upload file and then go to the folders with the picture you want to upload you're not allowed to upload.

Good: Calculating very tedious math, identifying things in images. Terrible: Image generation, shopping (100% dead links or discontinued products and incorrect specs). OK: repair and mechanical. When I ask about things I'm super familiar with it, it makes many, massive mistakes, which makes me weary about the accuracy of information I'm getting on subjects I'm not a familiar with. At this point, in many ways it's wasting my time to the point that the subscription fee seems very high.

It only works to animate a few images, then it just stops making the videos. I would like to know when I've reached my limit, if that's the case, so I can carefully choose which photos I want to use and not waste it. With that being said, the animated images from photos are pretty good!!

The app is amazing when it worked for me. I've never had issues with other similar apps but Grok randomly logged me out one day and it now just gets stuck on "Redirecting, you are being redirected please wait..." when trying to log in and never finishes. I can try to skip login to use the app but it just displays "No Network Connection." Followed all troubleshooting I found online and it's still happening. It's kind of a frustrating situation.

After one or two messages it will turn into a mode that you cannot send any more messages. Instead of send button, will be some sort of square button that don't do anything. Before that, it worked only as trial or so, limited version, even though it's been connected to my account. So cannot ask more then three questions, then problem appeared that explains at first. On the top of it, it's slower then PC version. I gave 3 stars b/c PC version is actually good.

It's a good a research tool as any if the other AI apps, but they're free. Not $30 a month. Many functions only work on desktop...not on Android. As an image generator, this is a waste of time. Distorts images. Makes changes not asked for, often producing exact opposite of request. Unable to perform even simple tasks without multiple, multiple, multiple, prompts.

disappointing. when converting pictures to short videos, it often turns into an idiot. it frequently depicts the subjects bouncing up and down spastically and at a high rate of speed. it frequently disregards prompts, leaving you to wonder how it drew it's conclusion based on the prompt you gave. there is also a limit as to how many you can make in a 24-hour. even if you're using one of the pay versions. there's great potential here, but they're nowhere near it right now

grok cannot count words at all. the word count is always completely off. it's not even close to correct. it tells me it checks it in Python and Microsoft word and it's still way off. it also regularly loses track of information from the thread. it keeps saying that it will fix the problem, but it doesn't. it also glitches out a lot so my typed question or summary will be lost completely. not worth the price!

On Pixel, Ask works, but Imagine just says "no network connection". Also, I can only enter one input before I have to force stop the app and clear its cache in order to be able to enter another input. The search button stops working. It seems like a useful AI, but I can't tell, because I can only ever ask one question with no follow up.
