I have tried several different softphone apps with all of them having various issues. This app has worked without issues. The push notifications come through when I get a call everytime even when I do not have the app running. I contacted customer service a few times for questions before I purchased and then when I began setting up features. They were very responsive and helpful. I highly recommend this app. (I use it with voip.ms service)

Extension is offline unless app is open in front. Even when app is open in background extension goes offline.

I bought this app as I saw a lot of recomendations. But after installing I was completely disappointed. First, because the app is not able to show the video in the right ratio. Instead it streches somhow to fill the whole screen while even loosing a part of the margins. Second, whenever I leave the app, it does not gets noted when its beeing called. I can see in my Asterisk Voip Sever log, that as soon I press the home button to get out of the app, the contact is beeing unregistered and deleted.

I'm using this app with a private network, and it works flawlessly. But there is one behavior I wish I could change, and I haven't figured out how: The app keeps resetting the audio to speaker on every call. I always use a Bluetooth headset, and if I select it, it works -- for THAT call. I have to keep selecting it, and it's a bother. I'd like to set the Bluetooth as the default, and stay that way until I change it. I need that to give 5 stars. I've searched and can't find it.

Quick edit after a year of use: very reliable and stable. Using it with voip.ms services. Love the push call notification. Super easy to use and works perfectly for our organisation. For the price I highly recommend it! Edit: wanted to specify my use. I mainly use it for incoming calls, couple times a week. I don't use much of the advanced features. We wanted an easy way to get incoming calls other than forwarding everything to our employees cellphones.

Great, no issues at all. Much better than competitors. I tried few but always had some issues. this is the only one working flawlessly.

excellent app stability, user experience, features for both novice as well as pro users. very simple setup for all major SIP voip service providers. Compared to other sip clients that I have used so far, it is by far the best. Highly recommended!

worked very well for a while, but now the push notifications server stopped responding to OPTIONS keepalive from my Asterisk and the app no longer works in the background, only in battery-hungry 'standard' mode. Can't find Acrobits support contact...

Works perfectly for me. I've tried a handful of VoIP apps and this one is the most consistent and works well. I like the push notifications. I like the features, the interface etc. The only thing i'd like to see is the ability to block callers, that's the only thing I think is missing. I'm using it with two different VoIP providers and it's been flawless the entire time. The only time i've had an issue it was more to do with my underlying connection than this software.

Been using it for over 2 years now. It is like a replacement for a phone, actually can be better sometimes with all the facilities it comes with. The best app that is available. The only issue is, you have to make sure you set it up properly which takes time and also sometimes, you may have to reset some functions for example the voice mail for me for some reason got disconnected without any reason and I had to set it up again. Over all I will give it 5 stars.

I moved from a wonderful app (but horrible company) called 3CX which until I found this app, I considered it to be one of the best sip clients out there. I've been recommending the app to customers for about a year now, both for iPhones and Android devices. I also use it to register my extensions on my new freeswitch vPBX. Very fast app, superb push notifications, great call quality (of course depends on codecs) and very very VERY importantly, it's very kind on my battery. Worth every penny!

The app works well for the most part. However...it really needs a backup configuration export and import function. Redoing config for a new phone sucks.

I backed up my configuration and moved to a new phone only to discover that Acrobits seem to have removed the backup and restore option. After 10+ years using this app its a shame to discover they removed a function!

App seems full featured and the functionality is fine. I have occasional lockups with the app, especially when the battery is nearly drained. Feature and function-wise, the app gets 4 or 5 stars. The flip side is the battery use. If allowed to run in the background, the phone will burn through the battery. Further work on reducing the battery usage would be extremely helpful. That said, if you can get by with setting the app to not run in the background, you should be fine.

My experience has been great. The only thing preventing 5 stars would be transferring and call parking. If the app had a tab for programmable buttons for call parking and transferring calls easily, it would be 6 or 7 stars out of 5.

Great customer support! I was setting up a custom SIP domain and was having issues with SIPIS keepalive for push notifications, and these guys provided me a quick workaround until they released a new version that fixed it.
