I have tried several different softphone apps with all of them having various issues. This app has worked without issues. The push notifications come through when I get a call everytime even when I do not have the app running. I contacted customer service a few times for questions before I purchased and then when I began setting up features. They were very responsive and helpful. I highly recommend this app. (I use it with voip.ms service)

Extension is offline unless app is open in front. Even when app is open in background extension goes offline.

I bought this app as I saw a lot of recomendations. But after installing I was completely disappointed. First, because the app is not able to show the video in the right ratio. Instead it streches somhow to fill the whole screen while even loosing a part of the margins. Second, whenever I leave the app, it does not gets noted when its beeing called. I can see in my Asterisk Voip Sever log, that as soon I press the home button to get out of the app, the contact is beeing unregistered and deleted.

I'm using this app with a private network, and it works flawlessly. But there is one behavior I wish I could change, and I haven't figured out how: The app keeps resetting the audio to speaker on every call. I always use a Bluetooth headset, and if I select it, it works -- for THAT call. I have to keep selecting it, and it's a bother. I'd like to set the Bluetooth as the default, and stay that way until I change it. I need that to give 5 stars. I've searched and can't find it.

Quick edit after a year of use: very reliable and stable. Using it with voip.ms services. Love the push call notification. Super easy to use and works perfectly for our organisation. For the price I highly recommend it! Edit: wanted to specify my use. I mainly use it for incoming calls, couple times a week. I don't use much of the advanced features. We wanted an easy way to get incoming calls other than forwarding everything to our employees cellphones.

Great, no issues at all. Much better than competitors. I tried few but always had some issues. this is the only one working flawlessly.

excellent app stability, user experience, features for both novice as well as pro users. very simple setup for all major SIP voip service providers. Compared to other sip clients that I have used so far, it is by far the best. Highly recommended!

worked very well for a while, but now the push notifications server stopped responding to OPTIONS keepalive from my Asterisk and the app no longer works in the background, only in battery-hungry 'standard' mode. Can't find Acrobits support contact...
