Software is horrible. Can't even do basic things quickly. Can't even block youtube or Tiktok, any specific sight on a per user basis. Even though I'm in a specific user, if I block a site, it blocks for all users. Ridiculous. Isn't that the reason to have separate profiles. I should be able to select any device and disable internet connection immediately or scheduled. Software is klunky and not intutive at all. These basic tasks should be in the forefront and blatantly easy. Horrible

I've hardly had any issues with the app, let alone the router. But this last update, is ridiculous. The app stays stuck on the Gryphon logo. Then when it finally gets into the main menu. I get an error stating that my phone isn't connected to the Internet. When I'm clearly looking at the WiFi bar on my phone. Y'all need to fix the bugs otherwise I'm cancelling my membership this coming November. 🤷🏽‍♀️

The app update does not allow you the change all of the previous settings. Mainly homework/ bed time. I previously had bed time set at 8 and could easy extend with a click of a toggle when my kids needed more time. When the app updated it says there is unlimited time with no way to adjust the previously set up bed time. So I have no way to add time for them. I reached out but to no reply. I am very frustrated and disappointed, not as frustrated as my kids. Be warned use at your own risk.

The app worked great for the first 60days or so. It stopped working 3 weeks ago now and I'm not getting support from Gryphon to fix the issue. It has not updated any data since Dec 12th. I've done the basics of checking I have the latest version, I've uninstalled and reinstalled, etc. Nothing is fixing it. I've been waiting for a callback from support for a couple days now. I think until they update with a new version, I'm just out of luck.

Would really love it if I didn't have to close and restart the app every time I make a single change. The glitches are really ridiculous. Every time I open the app it tells me the session has timed out...timed out from what, I JUST opened it!?! Clearly this has been going on for months too since every review since mid-November is saying the same thing. Hopefully an update comes out soon with a fix because right now, I'm not sure this is worth my money or time to continue using Gryphon.

App is slow, and sometimes has errors for the status of a device or person being managed. So, a person showing that they're back online, won't actually have access. It's also very difficult to remove old devices. We in an AirBnB and collect tons of new devices on the router... We end up needing to remove them one by one, very very slowly.

Support said that my Wi-Fi router wouldn't work through theirs but it seems to work ok I bought an extra wireless booster before I knew about this product despite the complexity of getting it up and running once it goes it seems to be working good 👍 my one qualm is that you have to block anything you don't want there's no limitation of time instead for specific apps and websites 😕 I have an experience any problems with the app. Make sure you plan out accordingly

POS App. I can "suspend" a user, they still access the internet. I can "suspend" a single device, it still connects to the internet. I can "suspend internet", and it doesn't stop any WiFi....what is the point if you can't control the internet with it?! That was the reason I spent over $200 for this router! UPDATE: Over 2 years later with NO response from the company, they send an email and want me to "pay" for the service?! IT DOESN'T WORK! Only reason I still use it is because it cost me $$$.

Great product, horse &#% app. The parental controls on the router are amazing, and the ability of the router to handle my network and all devices are the best I've had. That being said, the app sucks... Users don't always show up, the usage times glitch, showing unlimited time left when there is a set amount, or showing no internet time used when the web log clearly shows usage. I would love to see custom splash pages when internet is turned off.

It's real easy to break the internet to devices with this app. We have set a user to Middle School age. Which I think it shouldn't block Microsoft or Steam applications from working. It's a pain to sort out what can be allowed through. Also the app doesn't recognised some devices that reconnect because I think they don't have the same up address ever. But that might be an issue with how some devices work. Majority of them are Apple devices or other laptops or chromebooks.
