So here's my honest take on Gus Learns Spanish for Kids. I've tested a bunch of educational apps for kids and this one's pretty solid. The interactive lessons and games are actually engaging, not just boring drills. And the graphics are cute and it's pretty user-friendly, even for little ones. That said, the free version has some annoying ads that can disrupt the experience. And after a while, it does start to feel a bit repetitive. But if you're looking for an easy way to get your kids started on Spanish, this is a good option.

Description

Been using Gus Learns Spanish for Kids for a couple months now. It’s basically an app that teaches kids Spanish through interactive lessons and games. Pretty solid if you’re looking to get your little ones started on a second language.

Here’s what you do: there are lessons covering vocab like numbers, colors, shapes and more. You watch the cute animations, listen to the native Spanish audio, and do exercises to practice. It’s got a review section too where you can play mini-games to reinforce what you’ve learned. Took me a while to figure out all the features but it’s pretty user-friendly overall.

Look, if you’ve got young kids who could use some language learning, you’ll probably like this app. It’s not perfect – the ads can get annoying if you don’t pay – but overall it does the job of making Spanish fun for kids. Worth checking out.

It was a nice app but it barely provided any lessons. Not worth paying money for.
