Been using Gusto Mobile for a couple months now. It’s basically a payroll and team management app for small businesses. Pretty solid if you’re running a company and need an easy way to handle stuff like payroll, time tracking, and onboarding new employees.
Here’s what you do: You can run payroll, approve timesheets, and manage your team all from the app. There’s also a Wallet feature where employees can get paid early or access advances between paychecks. Took me a while to figure that part out but it’s actually pretty useful.
Look, if you’re a small biz owner, you’ll probably like this. It’s not perfect – the onboarding can be a bit confusing and the notifications get annoying after a while. But overall it does the job and makes managing payroll and HR stuff a lot easier.

So here's my honest take on Gusto Mobile. I've tested a bunch of payroll and HR apps and this one's pretty solid overall. The interface is clean and intuitive, and I like how you can handle everything from one place. And the early pay and advances features are really handy too. The only downsides are that the setup can be a bit complicated and the notifications get old after a while. But if you run a small business, I'd say it's definitely worth checking out.
