This gym workout app is really frustrating to use. The constant ads pop up so frequently that it ruins the whole experience. Instead of focusing on workouts, you end up wasting time closing ads. It feels more like an ad app than a fitness app.

make sure you turned off your wifi / mobile data before jump into this app..it's just shows add doesn't matter where you tap..I'm uninstalling this app

worst app ..full of ads... don't install it..this app is build for ads not for gym workouts..so please don't install it. Those who want to see premium ads they install it.

Ad intensive and over priced.

Its Free and effective but would be better if diet plan was added to the schedule too. A bit too much adds but its okey I understand that they have to earn something from the apps too.

the amount of ads makes it unusable also it doesn't have pre-workout stretches and warm-ups that means that it can cause a lot of injuries for beginners edit: THEY STOLE THE APP TEMPLATE FROM ANOTHER APP THIS IS A COMPLETE COPY REPORT NOW

it's not a workout app, it's more likely Ad showing app. Don't install it's a waste of time. you have to watch 4 to 5 long ads and several short ad pop ups just to get to the home page.

love the way it is but would prefer if it mixed the exercises not set after set

Very very complicated, cheap and there are Ads every where! then you need to subscribe. Sorry, I didn't like it at all.

Horrible app!!! every 5 seconds an ad starts playing. I can't use the app without being bombarded with ads. How inconsiderate of these ppl, instead of providing value through the app you use the app to lure potential users just to be bombarded with ads. WE MUST REPORT THEM TO GOOGLE, TO GET THE APP TAKEN DOWN.
