So here's my honest take on Gym Workout Tracker: Gym Log. I've tested a bunch of fitness apps and this one's pretty solid. And the custom workout plans and progress tracking are really handy, and I like that it's free to use. But it can get a bit repetitive after a while, and the ads can be annoying if you don't wanna pay. Overall though, it's a pretty useful tool for planning and logging your gym sessions.

Been using Gym Workout Tracker: Gym Log for a couple months now. It’s basically a fitness app that helps you plan and track your gym workouts. Pretty solid if you’re into that kind of thing.

Here’s what you do: you can set fitness goals like building muscle or getting toned, and the app will give you custom workout routines based on that. And there’s also a workout log where you can track your progress, which is pretty cool. And it’ll even calculate your 1RM so the weights adjust as you get stronger – took me a while to figure that out but it’s useful.

Look, if you’re into fitness apps, you’ll probably like this. It’s not perfect – the app can get a bit repetitive after a while – but overall it does the job. Worth checking out if you’re looking to level up your gym game.
