This is a great app for having fun. I used your app every single day I don't have any problems with the game. However I can't withdraw my money in the money tree game. I invited two of my friends but I'm not getting any credit/money. But the referral section has my history of referral. And lastly I can't withdraw it? It always say that I didn't reach the redeem quota. And everytime I try to withdraw the app is crashing. Pls fix this🙏🏻

The APP is fun..... BUT!!! When I invited 2 friends I still can't withdraw and I don't know why....they Downloaded the app using My Link but still I can't withdraw...the "Invitation Code" button/something like that also didn't pop up so that they can put my Invitation Code....Well on the other hand...it's not necessary because they Downloaded my link.... But the system did not record / was not able to record it.

There is a lack of privacy and not comfortable. Also, no any actions taken for reported one. Worst app. Also including, blocking option isn't working. Eg. If a person is blocked, he/she shouldn't able to view any of my details like posts, dp, chats, etc. But after blocking also, blocked person can able to view it. Kindly improve your technology for privacy on priority.

Usually gets rid of the only fun games after a while, turns my microphone and location on after I've revoked those permissions, and a lot of the games are glitchy. Plus, because of the barest mention of possibly gaining a date in the description, there are hoards of men who will hit on literally any age of woman on the app, underage or not. At least the reporting system is fairly solid. After reviewing, I was referred to the Hago help center, which will fix none of these issues.

it was an awfull experience, it is not intended for gaming, is intended for social exchanges. Is filled with photos and spam and bots trying to talk to you. I joined with a long distance friend to play, since Poko has been shutdown, and we couldn't play, we tried everything and the only thing we could do was chat. Even the invitation link we sent eachother to whatsapp through the in-app sharing option didn't work, is just redirected to an empty page inside the app. Clickbait, don't install.

I installed this app just to play games with others. But I don't like that sometimes when I open the app, suddenly I enter a random group. The group is usually annoying, and I can't just exit the group unless I close the app. Too much unappropriate group in the group timelines or whatsoever. I usually report the bad group, but there are just too much appear. The users in the app are almost bad person with dirty words. It's not comfortable to play the games as female, so I had to fake everything.

Really hate this new version. Many games, karoke, drawing and now, what? Can get money? Really? Very bad. I just really miss the old hago, that we could play only maybe ten kinds of game so that we can really make a friend with the other. Now people only choose to enter the chat rooms, and make a group friends in chatroom, and doesn't like play games. Hago changing and sorry i uninstalled it. Bye

It used to be my favorite app. I even share with friends to play my favorite game which is Ludo. But after the last update, it became really annoying. Most of my coins are gone, I can't play the Beginner mode for fee 500 I have to collect coins to play directly the intermediate level. What a nonsense. Whenever I start to play online, it doesn't find matches like before. This last update please remove. I miss the old one
