This is a great app for having fun. I used your app every single day I don't have any problems with the game. However I can't withdraw my money in the money tree game. I invited two of my friends but I'm not getting any credit/money. But the referral section has my history of referral. And lastly I can't withdraw it? It always say that I didn't reach the redeem quota. And everytime I try to withdraw the app is crashing. Pls fix this🙏🏻

The APP is fun..... BUT!!! When I invited 2 friends I still can't withdraw and I don't know why....they Downloaded the app using My Link but still I can't withdraw...the "Invitation Code" button/something like that also didn't pop up so that they can put my Invitation Code....Well on the other hand...it's not necessary because they Downloaded my link.... But the system did not record / was not able to record it.

There is a lack of privacy and not comfortable. Also, no any actions taken for reported one. Worst app. Also including, blocking option isn't working. Eg. If a person is blocked, he/she shouldn't able to view any of my details like posts, dp, chats, etc. But after blocking also, blocked person can able to view it. Kindly improve your technology for privacy on priority.

Usually gets rid of the only fun games after a while, turns my microphone and location on after I've revoked those permissions, and a lot of the games are glitchy. Plus, because of the barest mention of possibly gaining a date in the description, there are hoards of men who will hit on literally any age of woman on the app, underage or not. At least the reporting system is fairly solid. After reviewing, I was referred to the Hago help center, which will fix none of these issues.

it was an awfull experience, it is not intended for gaming, is intended for social exchanges. Is filled with photos and spam and bots trying to talk to you. I joined with a long distance friend to play, since Poko has been shutdown, and we couldn't play, we tried everything and the only thing we could do was chat. Even the invitation link we sent eachother to whatsapp through the in-app sharing option didn't work, is just redirected to an empty page inside the app. Clickbait, don't install.

I installed this app just to play games with others. But I don't like that sometimes when I open the app, suddenly I enter a random group. The group is usually annoying, and I can't just exit the group unless I close the app. Too much unappropriate group in the group timelines or whatsoever. I usually report the bad group, but there are just too much appear. The users in the app are almost bad person with dirty words. It's not comfortable to play the games as female, so I had to fake everything.

Really hate this new version. Many games, karoke, drawing and now, what? Can get money? Really? Very bad. I just really miss the old hago, that we could play only maybe ten kinds of game so that we can really make a friend with the other. Now people only choose to enter the chat rooms, and make a group friends in chatroom, and doesn't like play games. Hago changing and sorry i uninstalled it. Bye

It used to be my favorite app. I even share with friends to play my favorite game which is Ludo. But after the last update, it became really annoying. Most of my coins are gone, I can't play the Beginner mode for fee 500 I have to collect coins to play directly the intermediate level. What a nonsense. Whenever I start to play online, it doesn't find matches like before. This last update please remove. I miss the old one

last time i played this game was 5 years ago, I installed it again and it turns into trash, full of live, bots and vip bs, can't we just play?

Playing animal war get 0 trophie even if you win the game just because opponent left the game before they lose. Lol. Cheap trick

A very bad app. You will think it is good but it is a kind of virus or something. It downloads several unwanted files in phone that are not even removed after uninstalling the app. I wants access to our information. Pls do not download this game. If you have uninstalled the app then please also delete the remaining files from your file manager. There maybe several folders or such folders can even be inside other folders that too of different apps. If is very dangerous app.

Hello, I'm from Indonesia. I'm a hago user since a few months ago. I have one problem, in my area, the mic feature isn't used properly, some men use it to disturb women when the game starts and I don't turn on the mic, my opponent will immediately exit the game, they just want to play with the girl who turned on the mic, annoyed and that happens a lot. I suggest blocking a few minutes after the user cancels the game 3 times. for me, I just want to play a game. I beg your commitment for it. thx:)

it's not allowing me to login with the same number I had used some years ago i've just changed the device please help u should at least have provided with the sign up option it would be of great help then

Beware you can't delete the account once you have created one. There's no option for that.

the community atmosphere is very friend, easy to chat with ohter users, really great gifts, games.

IT'S GREAT. I LOVE MINI GAMES. Just please add : 1. "Delete all" in strangers messages and select messages in inbox so we don't have to delete the person one by one. 2. "Match others" so we don't have to back to main menu to play the same game with other people 3. After the game, I prefer to back to main menu than chat room. I think you can add this on settings.

It has lots of error. Sometimes when we won the game, in the end the game says we lose for no reason. Very weird. So weird. It's the weirdest games app ever. The other problem is sometimes when a game run like usual but for no reason it stops and suddenly we lose. ISN'T THAT WEIRD PEOPLE?!! for god's sake it is very annoying when you win a game, but suddenly you lose. Confuse? I know, right?

I need to delete my account but there's no delete button. I went to search for a way through the help centre but it didn't help either since it only offers answers for IOS and none for android. Edit: When I enter "account security" it doesn't show any delete buttons. Only the accounts and number bound to it.

😡😡😡 Your account is logged in to another device. It is saying this all the time but I am not logged in to any other device. It is lying. If I am logged in then there is no option to logout from all devices. It is getting logged out immediately after logging in. 😡😡😡
