App keeps crashing out I couldn't even get past the set of questions. when I try to open app it gives an error code. love the idea behind it. would re download if fixed. but wastwd my 2.99.. smh

litterally have to pay premium to see a haur care routine, girl i just wanna stop my hair staying damn oily and want it to grow because its like my growth is stumped thnx for no help at all

really loved Victoria's tiktoks and had high hopes for this. turns out you get one AI recommended routine apparently, and no personalized products until you buy access, which I did, but then I can't figure out how to generate another one even after buying a year of access. photos won't upload to track progress. really dissapointing. hope it gets fixed or else it's a waste of money which makes me sad.

It seems pretty great as I want to start taking better care of my hair, but the profile tab keeps on crashing.

you gotta pay for EVERYTHING, unless you're willing to give out your money you cannot have any of the advertised features, no scanning and you cannot know if a product is good for your hair. Useless app
