I like the app on my android phone. I enjoy the variety of movies available throughout the year. There are romantic, heartfelt storylines with diverse casts and locales. I can stream from the app to my tv, but have to disconnect and reconnect after each movie if I want the captions to appear. Also, I noticed the "Last Chance to Watch" movies won't play in the app at all.

The app is excellent on my phone. But it won't stream to a TV for more than a few seconds. Then the movie stops, even on my phone. I don't think it's a problem with my equipment, because Disney Plus and YouTube stream all right. Can Hallmark's technicians double check the app to make sure it can sustain TV streaming for the duration of a whole movie?

I love the idea of this app. But it frequently freezes and quits playing movies. I use this app on several different devices and it gives me issues on every platform (iPhone, Android, firestick, roku). The selection of movies is ok, but given that I've been paying for it for several years and it isn't getting better, I'm rethinking keeping it.

The streaming is really bad with Chromecast. I wish support had admitted that sooner. It would have saved me a lot of time. Every time I watch a movie I have problems. It buffers, hiccups, the audio is off from the video, stops for no reason etcetera... It's just unbelievably bad. Hopefully someday they'll figure out a fix; until then I'm just watching on my phone

App is useless as is. Once upon a time, i could pause and fast forward or rewind on the app. Now that I've restarted my subscription, and actually want to use the app on my phone, that seems to be no longer available. So i basically have to be prepared to sit down and watch the movie straight through, without interruption, NEVER wanting to pause or rewind or anything? That's crazy! What kind of dark ages streaming is THAT?! Now I updated the app and the Christmas movie section is Gone!

First of all I'll say, I didn't sign up for to watch anything on my phone. However, I watched on my t.v. until recently. It says I have to update app which I've looked into (t.v. does automatic updates). So I'm still paying for an app I can't use. I can't figured out how to stop payments. Half the time the app didn't work. I wasn't able to watch movies most of the time, it wouldn't load movies or I would finally get a movie to load and no sound. It's very frustrating when you pay for services.

It started out fine. Could only search once or twice. Then had to restart and try again. Or the crash on changing from one screen to another. Now some idiot cut the amount of movies on the watch list. Seriously!! You have tons of movies and I cannot remember them all. It should be an unlimited watchlist. Also, you don't put all episodes of your series in order of being watch. Like with goodwitch, you have the two part episodes as movies. Instead of putting them in the proper order.

REVIEW UPDATE I use to love this app, because I love watching Hallmark. The streaming is absolutely horrible now! If I pause a show when I go back to it the screen is black, and you can only hear the show. You have to exit and restart it several times before the picture will show again. Sometimes it does it when you first hit play on some movies. It's VERY frustrating! I've always loved watching the Hallmark channel so I was so happy find there's an app. It runs great and very clearly

App is poorly designed and freezes often. If I click on a movie to read the description then want to go back to the movie list, it takes me all the way back to the sign in page to sign in again and start over. Incredibly limited movie and show content, especially compared to all that Hallmark channel produces every year. Do not be misled, this year's new Christmas movies will not appear in the app.

The whole reason I got it was to watch a specific movie that I saw on the hallmark channel but it was already half way through. To my disappointment the app doesn't have that movie. Or hardly any movies that I've been browsing the hallmark channel getting a list of Christmas movies I want to watch and what do you know, none of them are on here. What am I really even paying for if it doesn't have the majority of the movies that hallmark has. I have watched two movies so far. The first one was ehh. The second one I loved. I just wish it had more of a selection of the movies they are showing on tv for countdown to Christmas.

I am starting to get really tired of this app. I love the movies on here, but everytime I click on a movie, it would say that there's a problem opening it. I would have to uninstall and then re-install EVERYTIME for it to work on my Samsung Galaxy 8 mobile. I've contacted customer service and they said to do the same thing, but that's the point, I shouldn't have to. In addition, I can't watch my movies half the time bc of this problem and the movies not streaming half the time.

Not a whole lot of NEW choices. I am really disappointed, I thought there would be a lot more options for what to watch. We cut the cord with cable, and dont get hallmark channel. I'm really disappointed to see no 2019 movies. I'm even more disappointed to see that the latest season of When Calls the Heart isnt available, but when hope calls is available? That's half the reason I subscribed. Really dont think it's worth the money, and I'm not subscribing to multiple apps to get just 1 show.

Glitch, I did the trial and I watched the main movies and shows that were only available on the app. But when I go in and out of the app it comes up with no titles. It's all blank colored tiles so I have no idea what I am selecting. I was also trying to switch from the monthly and upgrade to the annual and it was not letting me change my choice very easily. Shows and content are great though when I can select it.

Hallmark was so pressed to put out a streaming service they didn’t think or bother to give it the major requirements of a streaming platform. This thing is about as basic as it comes. 1. It's glitchy. 2. It doesn’t have retention. 3. No search erase button, just delete. 4. No movie trailers. 5. Not all movies are available for streaming. I have a WHOLE list of things wrong with this platform. They need to go back to the drawing board with the dev team.

I love that there is an opportunity to watch Hallmark where ever you are. Yet if this is going to be an option that you must pay for then why can you not make an app that works all the time. For days all I get is "Hallmark is experiencing network error". Yet if a movie is chosen it plays behind a pop up notifying of network error, which never stops popping up. Take some time, put in some effort and make this app work properly at all times. Please and thank you.

DO NOT BUY! It took forever for the lists of offered movies to show up. And after clicking on something to read what it's about, when I try to go back it takes forever for everything to come back. It happens every time and makes me not want to even see what a movie is about. And when I do try to watch a movie it never loads. I have been unable to watch a single movie. I just get to watch a little circle spinning on my screen for 20 minutes before giving up. Other streaming services work fine.

This app stops working constantly! I'll come back in to finish a movie and it will be "unavailable at this time". 3/11 still not working properly, crashes a lot. I even try uninstalling the app and reinstalling it and then it tells me I have too many devices. I haven't added devices, I'm just trying to get the app to work. This is especially disappointing when you pay $70+ a year for an app to work and it doesn't.

Glitches No Restart Option Rewind button glitches Hard to find movies. If you select a collection, you have to watch in their order. You cannot select from the collection. No previews. If you select a movie, & want to return to the list, it takes you to the top & not where you previously were. Not all movies are included. Just off the top of my head. Lots of room for improvement.

The movie selections are limited. You can only watch what they release to you. Your favorite holiday movie will more than likely will not be available. Theres so much hype in their checklist app but few are available in the NOW app. Glad they give you a 7 day free trial. I'm canceling. I already pay for their services through cable, they should allow more freedom in their apps. They're limiting themselves.

Why are you the only movie app that has poor sound on your movies. You can't hear any words being said without straining. The words being said are so low. It's not my ears or my device. Because I can hear perfectly on my device with every other movie app and even on YouTube. What is the point of having this app if you can't watch any movies cuz you can't hear them. So disappointing. But no surprise either. 😕
