I’ve been using Handoff Construction Estimator for a couple months now. It’s basically an app that gives you instant construction, renovation, and remodeling estimates for your contracting business. Pretty solid if you’re a contractor looking to streamline your estimating process.
Here’s what you do: just briefly describe the project and the app will spit out an accurate estimate in like a minute. There’s also a bunch of other features like project management tools and the ability to quickly put together client proposals. Took me a while to figure all that out, but it’s super useful once you get the hang of it.
Look, if you’re a contractor or own a construction company, you’ll probably find this app really helpful. It’s not perfect – the interface can be a bit clunky at times – but overall it does the job and saves you a ton of time compared to using construction calculators and spreadsheets.

So here's my honest take on Handoff Construction Estimator. I've tested a bunch of contractor apps and this one's definitely one of the better ones. The instant estimating is a game-changer - no more spending hours crunching numbers. The project management features are pretty solid too. That said, the UI could use some work and it takes some time to get used to all the different tools. But if you're looking to streamline your construction business, I'd say Handoff is worth checking out.
