Been using happn: dating app for a couple months now. It’s basically an app that connects you with people you cross paths with in real life. Pretty solid if you’re into that kind of thing.
Here’s what you do: there’s a map and it shows you all the people you’ve ‘crossed paths’ with throughout the day. You can ‘like’ them, and if they like you back, you can start chatting. And there’s also a feature where you can see who your ‘crushes’ are – people who’ve liked you but you haven’t matched with yet. Kinda cool, takes the awkwardness out of making the first move.
Look, if you’re into dating apps and meeting new people, you’ll probably like this. It’s not perfect – sometimes the matches feel a bit forced since it’s just based on location. But overall it’s a pretty fun way to connect with folks you’ve crossed paths with. Worth checking out.

So here's my honest take on happn: dating app. I've tested a bunch of dating apps and this one's pretty solid. The location-based matching is a unique twist that can lead to some interesting connections. And i like that it takes the pressure off making the first move. But it can also feel a bit forced at times since you're just matching with people based on proximity, not shared interests. Overall though, it's a fun app that makes it easy to meet new people in your area. Worth giving a shot if you're looking to get back into the dating game.

Look at all the other 1 star reviews... Here's another. Set my search criteria to basically everyone. No users in or around the huge city I live near. Obviously fake...
All of the profiles are scambots, and the app is full of so many bugs and glitches and ads, you spend more time waiting/closing out for the thing to work...
Edit: I like the new updated UI, but that's it. The couple of matches that I've had don't reply, seemingly I have 4 likes yet now no profiles appear in...
