So here's my take on Harmony: Cycle Sync. I've tested a bunch of cycle tracking apps and this one's one of the better ones. It's got a lot more functionality than the basic period trackers, with actual insights and suggestions for your day-to-day. The design is clean and easy to use too. But it's not without its flaws - the ads get old quick and some of the recommendations can feel a bit generic. Overall though, I'd say it's a pretty solid app if you're looking for a more holistic cycle companion.

  • Ads can be annoying if you don't want to pay for the premium version
  • Some of the recommendations feel a bit generic, not super personalized
  • Takes a bit of time to set up and get used to all the features

Description

Been using Harmony: Cycle Sync for a couple months now. It’s basically an app that helps you stay in sync with your monthly cycle. Gives you little nudges on what to eat, how to move, and how to recharge based on where you are in your cycle. Sounds kinda woo-woo but it’s actually pretty helpful.

There’s daily insights that match your rhythm – like if you’re feeling more active or need to rest. And it’s got tips for movement, meals, and mindset too. Took me a while to figure out all the features but once I did, it’s been great for staying in tune with my body.

Look, if you’re into cycle tracking and want some extra guidance, you’ll probably like this app. It’s not perfect – the ads can get annoying if you don’t pay – but overall it does the job. Worth checking out if you wanna feel more in sync with yourself.

It's compulsory to click on the 7 days free trial and then I have to pay at the end of that
