Reviews for Harmony: Cycle Sync

It's compulsory to click on the 7 days free trial and then I have to pay at the end of that

I love the idea behind the app. As well as all the information provided. I started the 7 day trial and the moment I filled out my information the app closed out and continued to close when I tried to open it back up. I deleted the app and downloaded it a day later just to see if that may help. I didn't even get past the create account portion before the app closed out on me and a notice popped up on my phone saying that the app stopped working . If you could fix that I would definitely use it.

Very frustrating to use. forced to pay for a subscription but it only lets me log my symptoms once a week. was very excited to use this app but there are free ones that are much more user friendly

I downloaded this app because it's developed by women but after the quiz i discover that its in fact not free contrary to what is advertised. you can not use the app if you do not pay. and you have to put specific cycle length which does not work for irregular periods. i have hope for this app.

you get all set up but then you can't access anything until you give payment information. when selecting the date on calendar, I had to touch the day before for it to highlight correct day(tap on 12 to select 13) seems like it is an informative app though.

Great app, too bad it involves payment!!! (it's a great price!!! it's just sad that not everyone can afford to pay for it)

customer service isn't that cooperative. I've sent about 2 emails in a span of 2 days already trying to reach out to the developers because my Google account made an in-app purchase without my knowledge. not a single reply in those emails. the application itself is actually fine, but how can I trust an application if the developers cannot even reach out asap? especially when it comes to cost-related problems

As I was filling in the quiz, something was telling me this was gonna be one of those subscriptions, and damn do I hate being right. I got so excited seeing the ad for this app, I thought "finally" an app that understands - of course the stupid thing is American. Demanding money before the service? Jog on. Don't waste your pennies, get "My Calendar", it's a pink diary with a flower as the logo and is FREE.

It seems amazing, but there's no free version, usually the extra benefits come with extra cost, but you at least get a basic use of the app without need to pay, and with this one I was sad to discover that you don't, you need to pay to even start using it

very laggy, buttons dont work even after refreshing app, wish they could fix the bug issues and smooth functioning of the app. kinda regretting paying for it

I saw this app on an ad and was excited to use it because of the way they advertised saying it was created by a woman, but it was disappointing that you need to pay before you can even use it. Additionally, you need to input a cycle below 50 days so for irregular girlies, this isn't for you sadly.

ads is misleading app is useless without paying this app claims to "guy-made" tracker. it markets itself as better but but it won’t even let me open a basic calendar without paying. No option to simply log my period, no visible tracker, nothing. I don’t need fancy insights, about exercise or diet just a calendar to track my cycle. waste of time.

Cannot be used without paying a monthly/yearly subscription. I expected it to be at least freemium, not absolutely a pay-to-use platform. I was looking forward to having a tracking experience made by menstruators for menstruators—very disappointing.

Completely unreliable! Payed for the year, got a few months. Now app doesn't even open. What am I supposed to do with this? If there's a refund process I want it.

this App is clunky and not worth a single penny. it takes me closing and opening the app several times to reset it over and over again to be able to update or make any changes. don't waste your money, Lively is a lot smoother and does the same exact thing.

I've been having a lot of problems with this app, I was charged for a year and I've been dealing with this for 2 weeks now. Your developer is so hard to reach that even though it was now cancelled it seems like they have to force you to use it because they wont give you your refund. It's an ordinary app anyway, Ovia, Flo works better than them. So if you're stuck like me, just don't download it.

don't trust the reviews as they make you review the app before even accessing the product. and you have to pay before accessing anything. Will stick with the free option after coming here and reading all the issues with payments and such. very disappointed.

paid for the year and after a couple months ended up getting a new phone. None of my previous data was able to be saved. Had to start from scratch and now not able to record any body cues or symptoms. The app was great when, not thrilled with it now.

I recently got a new I phone and redownloaded the app, I was forced to purchase a subscription (with the 7-day free trial) because there is no way for you to log in before you go through the setup bit. the app then logged me in, and I was charged for a full month since I had already used the free trial period. I've sent an email to support and will change my rating when this is handled. please let people log in or verify they don't have an account before trying to charge them.

App is very bad, opened it for first, unable to skip any useless options, keeps vibrating while setting up, vibrating apps without an option to turn it off immediately is very bad experience. Got to the end of useless "info collection" and then at the end of useless options (there were 2 non useless only) it says I have to give my card info to access the app, but hey it's free trial, no. Such bad design is rarely seen
