The workouts were too difficult for me. And they offered me a meal plan when I subscribed for free. I did not need it, but I did not find a button, how to refuse it, so I accepted. It turned out, it was going to be free only for a month, and then they were going to charge me about 100 dollars monthly for it. It is just CRAZY! Nowadays AI can do it for free for anybody, I think. So making anybody pay for it a hundred bucks monthly, it is just CRAZY. Be careful, if you are going to subscribe.

I'd give it a zero if I could. The app's basic functionalities has bugs. Even when you don't select an exercise category, you'll still get it in your program. The customer support is non existent. I'v submitted requests for refund twice now but I haven't heard back from them in a week though the form submission message says they will contact me within 2 hours

THE WORST APP EVER. FRAUD. If there were negative star rating, I woud have given that. and the issues I faced is nothing new. This app will hook you with $3.33 for the exercise plan, and then force u into clicking $49.99 because there is no other option to exit or deny. And by the way, it doesn't mention that the subscription will increase next month. I was not ready to spend 49.99 and have literally sent countless emails instantly to the support team to refund my money, but there is no reply.

This app is a joke, and honestly probably a scam to get people to make the initial payment. I tried to get refund from "money back guarantee" but it's impossible, there's pretty much no way you can do it. AVOID THIS APP. The workout experience is so basic. The cycle info turns out to just be 'noise' and restricts you from accessing the workouts. you can't see what you are about to embark on before you start. There's plenty of other workout apps that are much better and that you can try first.

Be very careful with this app! I subscribed to the 1-month fitness plan for US$10.69, but soon after installing it, I was charged again — US$34.99 and another US$27.81 — just by clicking the meal plan. It feels misleading and unsafe to use, as extra charges appear without clear confirmation. I’ve already requested a refund. Please check your subscriptions carefully before using this app.

THIS IS A SCAM! I signed up for 1 week to try the app and the app switched that without my consent to a MONTHLY SUBSCRIPTION. I went to the website to cancel subscription I just got an automated email saying the subscription I didn't even sign up for has been FROZEN and will resume charging me again in 2 months! They so far haven't answered me and their refund policy is absolutely shady. Update: they blamed me for this happening and refuse to give me a refund, I had to cancel my credit card.

This app is designed really nicely and is easy to use, but the workouts could use some work. I did yoga the other day, and it didn't tell me when it was time to switch to the other side. Sometimes, the video doesn't match up with the voice-over. I had to watch the entire warm-up video today because there was no voice to guide through it. I was supposed to do a lower body workout, but it was primary arm workout, and then leg stretches. I'm out of space, but this app needs some kinks worked out.

Absolute SCAM!! I was charged just to see the results of the quiz at the beginning. Then, after the quiz I kept getting pop ups for additional add one which charged me twice with absolutely no confirmation that I wanted to purchase them. Then, when I emailed them they took forever to respond and when they did they told me they couldn't refund me due to their policy which was never made clear what so ever before being pushed to purchase anything. I got ghosted after I asked for a partial refund.

I finally heard back from your company and have been refused a refund. Your app froze, cancelled me out of the 7 day free trial and then arbitrarily added extra things to my account and then charged me over $30. And your response is to not refund me. HORRIBLE business practice. I can't even use the app because I was looking for a gym based program, hence wanting the free 7 day trial that you offer.

SCAM!!!!! Took the quiz but had to purchase a subscription to see my results. Then got spammed with more ads for "additional guides". Something told me to check my bank account and I'm glad I did because I was charged twice. I immediately emailed customer service and was told I won't be refunded because they "have specific rules and policies in place that guide our decision-making" and my situation doesn't meet the criteria, even though they charged me twice. There's nothing "honest" about this.

I don't use the app, after noticing they charged me 40 dollars, I'm going to cancel and I can't, the button doesn't work and instead of canceling you get 3 more months. I wrote to support, no response. I see the reviews with people with the same cancellation problems, they don't fix it so I think it's a scam app and they should flag it, I'll find a way to report this to the Samsung store.

I'd give it zero if I could. After expressing that I THOUGHT I canceled the subscription, they still wouldn't give me a refund. I was charged nearly $90. I had the 6 month trial free- so here I was thinking I'd canceled it, and 6 months later am charged this crazy fee. I used the app for 2 days and decided it wasn't for me. I can barely pay my bills right now. But they don't care. They are definitely keeping their money- or so they told me. They don't care I have kids to provide for.

Absolutely LOVE the idea of this app. Workouts seem good so far but the voiceover isn't always synced with the animation, making it really confusing. Especially in the barre. Home page can also be a bit glitchy. I love the idea so much though and understand the app very young so I'm going to stick with it and hope to see it get fine-tuned into something truly wonderful. If well-executed, this could be a game changer for a lot of women

Scam don't buy!!!I accidently purchased the app going through the initial quizz and was hoping to see a preview of what the app provided, but none was given. After purchase, I had to click through like 15 more adds for additional features for an additional price. I immediately attempted to unsubscribe, but the app was very difficult to navigate. I emailed with 5 min of purchase and was denied a refund.

BUYER BEWARE I thought this app seemed like a very cool idea but unfortunately the way it's set up is not great. The meal plan is a mess bc you can't look up into the week ahead so you're expected to have a full grocery store full of ingredients in your kitchen. You also can't plan your workouts because they don't show you what's ahead. The customer service is awful. I was injured a couple of days after my 2nd payment and therefore unable to workout. They were not helpful, to say the least.

I was hesitant to purchase but liked the questionnaire and decided to try the app. The exercises are quite effective and 20 mins is ideal! My only wish was that I didn't have to keep my eyes on the app to know when the movement changed or when to switch sides. A consistent audible instruction would be helpful. Otherwise, I love the pace and the types of exercises offered! The cost is also very good and affordable.

This is a great app with so many exercise lessons to choose whenever I needed extra workouts. I love to see the progress circle donut changes after each workout session. It helps me to know which areas I need to work more, such as flexibility, strength, etc. Sometimes, I go into the extra sessions and pick out the one I needed. The customer service is also great, too. Amy was helpful by checking and replied on my subscription. Thank you, Amy.

Why one star? because I canot give 0... The promotion is a lie... they tell you $18.99 for a year. but they not tells you than you need to paid $25.99 in taxes. they make a second charge to your account for that. and then you recive a receipt telling you that you will be charging every 3 months $50 more... ohhh and when you figure out all that the term and subscription they didn't let you see before say you can cancel but the money they withdrew from your account is non-refundable. haha AMAZING!

I paid $18 for a trial 3 month exercise plan. out of curiosity, once the app was installed, I clicked on the food plan. I can confirm I had only 1 charge on my account. then, after clicking the food plan, the app popped up with meal ideas. I went back to my account and saw a second charge for $49!! I am weary to use this app because I fear every daily workout click is going to charge me.

So far (it's only been a couple days), the app seems generally user friendly. You can choose to go onto your routine or choose from multiple workout types! One thing I would love to see is the ability to see which workouts you've completed so you don't accidentally do the same one over like I did😸. I love that the workouts are gentle for the most part of you can't do a lot on your feet. (The strength days aren't chair yoga days, but they're not that difficult.) Hope you have fun!
