The workouts were too difficult for me. And they offered me a meal plan when I subscribed for free. I did not need it, but I did not find a button, how to refuse it, so I accepted. It turned out, it was going to be free only for a month, and then they were going to charge me about 100 dollars monthly for it. It is just CRAZY! Nowadays AI can do it for free for anybody, I think. So making anybody pay for it a hundred bucks monthly, it is just CRAZY. Be careful, if you are going to subscribe.

I'd give it a zero if I could. The app's basic functionalities has bugs. Even when you don't select an exercise category, you'll still get it in your program. The customer support is non existent. I'v submitted requests for refund twice now but I haven't heard back from them in a week though the form submission message says they will contact me within 2 hours

THE WORST APP EVER. FRAUD. If there were negative star rating, I woud have given that. and the issues I faced is nothing new. This app will hook you with $3.33 for the exercise plan, and then force u into clicking $49.99 because there is no other option to exit or deny. And by the way, it doesn't mention that the subscription will increase next month. I was not ready to spend 49.99 and have literally sent countless emails instantly to the support team to refund my money, but there is no reply.

This app is a joke, and honestly probably a scam to get people to make the initial payment. I tried to get refund from "money back guarantee" but it's impossible, there's pretty much no way you can do it. AVOID THIS APP. The workout experience is so basic. The cycle info turns out to just be 'noise' and restricts you from accessing the workouts. you can't see what you are about to embark on before you start. There's plenty of other workout apps that are much better and that you can try first.

Be very careful with this app! I subscribed to the 1-month fitness plan for US$10.69, but soon after installing it, I was charged again — US$34.99 and another US$27.81 — just by clicking the meal plan. It feels misleading and unsafe to use, as extra charges appear without clear confirmation. I’ve already requested a refund. Please check your subscriptions carefully before using this app.

THIS IS A SCAM! I signed up for 1 week to try the app and the app switched that without my consent to a MONTHLY SUBSCRIPTION. I went to the website to cancel subscription I just got an automated email saying the subscription I didn't even sign up for has been FROZEN and will resume charging me again in 2 months! They so far haven't answered me and their refund policy is absolutely shady. Update: they blamed me for this happening and refuse to give me a refund, I had to cancel my credit card.

This app is designed really nicely and is easy to use, but the workouts could use some work. I did yoga the other day, and it didn't tell me when it was time to switch to the other side. Sometimes, the video doesn't match up with the voice-over. I had to watch the entire warm-up video today because there was no voice to guide through it. I was supposed to do a lower body workout, but it was primary arm workout, and then leg stretches. I'm out of space, but this app needs some kinks worked out.

Absolute SCAM!! I was charged just to see the results of the quiz at the beginning. Then, after the quiz I kept getting pop ups for additional add one which charged me twice with absolutely no confirmation that I wanted to purchase them. Then, when I emailed them they took forever to respond and when they did they told me they couldn't refund me due to their policy which was never made clear what so ever before being pushed to purchase anything. I got ghosted after I asked for a partial refund.

I finally heard back from your company and have been refused a refund. Your app froze, cancelled me out of the 7 day free trial and then arbitrarily added extra things to my account and then charged me over $30. And your response is to not refund me. HORRIBLE business practice. I can't even use the app because I was looking for a gym based program, hence wanting the free 7 day trial that you offer.

SCAM!!!!! Took the quiz but had to purchase a subscription to see my results. Then got spammed with more ads for "additional guides". Something told me to check my bank account and I'm glad I did because I was charged twice. I immediately emailed customer service and was told I won't be refunded because they "have specific rules and policies in place that guide our decision-making" and my situation doesn't meet the criteria, even though they charged me twice. There's nothing "honest" about this.
