Only using for about 2 weeks but liking so far. A lot of good categories and customizable input.

This app lacks a tracking for "water". The "diet" is hard for manual / restaurant entry. Sync'd with one device, not OMRON blood pressure, did not have my model. The recent list in look-up needs to cover ALL of the previous day, my previous breakfast items disappeared, could do a copy of previous day. Still deciding whether to purchase 1 or 6 months.

Very nice app and way better logs than the one that comes with meter. Syncs with my meter no problem . However I wish it had ability to turn off blood pressure and weight as I am only monitoring blood sugars. Also wish there were more options under mood choices as well as easier to delete miss entered food choices... If those were fixed I would give a five star!

The app is amazing. It helps me make better food choices to manage my glucose levels. I'm able to input all my data in one place, so it easier for me to keep track of each day. I can input and compare my data at anytime.

App is super simple and connects to my blood tester to sync easily. Just a few things like being able to set a time reminder for meds instead of just "after dinner" would be nice. And if it continously synced for blood readings that would be nice also, instead of having to tell it to sync. Otherwise the app is great, love having all my health info in one place to show doctor when asked.

Absolutely amazing! The voice record alone is spectacular. It is extremely intuitive. It has simplified my recording so much and this has made it easier to keep track of patterns and discrepancy in my blood sugar readings. At the moment I only use it as a diary for meals and sugar readings. I'm looking forward to exploring it's full range of features. Thanks for this great app. I've been searching for something exactly like it for many years.

I've been using it for 3 years and after using quite a few other apps this one is good. I can record blood glucose (it syncs with my meter). I can enter my blood pressure as well. I can enter my exercise. I can enter what I eat, how my mood is, what medication I take. The reports generated are so much better then any other app I've used. I've also synced it with Google fit for exercise/steps. I definitely recommend that you try this app. Also it's free. I haven't had to pay a cent to use it.

An excellent app for tracking and monitoring blood sugar, blood pressure, diet and exercise. If only the developer adds the following features, it would have been a perfect app! 1. Classify, sort out, alphabetize the food to make the entries more easier to search. 2. The ability of the app to sort out and classify blood sugar readings (i.e., fbs, rbs, after 2 hrs, after 4 hrs). This will make it easier for the user to know when and where to focus on as it relates to food intake, exercise, etc.

I like the ai function where I take pictures of my food and ai tells me if it's nutritious or not and how I can improve

Very useful app to keep track on blood sugar, blood pressure and other useful information about health.

Happily surprised. I do have a problem with the hollow numbers, are they good or bad? I couldn't find the answer in the user manual. Otherwise it works great.

My Omron HEM-7151T-Z isn't listed to connect to Bluetooth in your app. It does have a Bluetooth feature. (looks similar to a HEM-7155T. It failed to connect under that one) I was hoping to pair it here with my Fitbit, but it's pointless if I can't be able to log when my blood pressure is too low. At this point, I'll uninstall. I was excited to use this app because someone in my family with diabetes showed it to me. It looked like it have pretty good features that I didn't need.

Easy to use! I'm brand new to my diagnosis and I previewed a couple different apps before I settled on one. This one is very easy to learn and has a very simple to understand interface. It also syncs with Google Health and FitBit as well as a variety of tools to automatically import your data. I'm going to invest in a blood glucose reader, blood pressure cuff, and scale that connect via Bluetooth so I can better keep track of my data and utilize this app to the fullest.

Claims to connect with Fit and Fitbit, but data does not reliably transfer. Drops settings repeatedly, no matter how often I correct me weight, it changed it to "28.6", which is not anywhere close to my actual weight. Could never get it to read my glucose meter. Uninstalling. Edit: H2S has attempted over the past 3 years to solve this issue. App remains uninstalled. Not recommended.

Cannot modify or delete synchronized entries. Useless. To the developer's response, several instances where the user would want to modify or delete data - bad strips, contaminated reading, inconsistent reading. There are more, but multiple other apps allow this (Diabetes:M, mySugr, MedM). This is a personal health app, and there's nothing that prohibits editing the data except the app itself. Fix it, and it would be a reasonably good app. Uninstalled.

3.5 would be my real rating if possible. The food database is great. I can track all my glucose readings easily. Unfortunately, there's no way to just input a meal as "dinner" or "lunch" since the app always attaches either "before" or "after" to the entry and you can't customize. I also don't like the "tips" that keep popping up without any way for me to turn them off in settings that I can find. I'm not sure if I'll continue my premium sub after it expires or look for a different app.

I've been using it for six months and like it so far. A bit of a learning curve. I had used another app previously for about three years, then Samsung updated, and I could no longer enter my meds, only the BS. I contacted Tech Support. After 2 weeks, no reply, so deleted! I'm still learning but liking it. I especially like that I contacted them about possibly adding my insulin, Glargine to the list. They replied quickly with instructions to add a custom med. Recommend this to everyone.

This app is great I have only used it for 2 days of info but it seems to work seamlessly. I can track everything my Dr wants. I had another app also rated 4.7 but the food log was complicated. You had to enter calories and macros on every food entry. You could not search for any foods. This app is so much better & easier to use! I only wish when you enter food that it would say breakfast, morning snack, lunch, afternoon snack, dinner, after dinner snack & bedtime snack to label the food entries.

Not a fan of the subscription app concept; I'm from the generation where you buy software and you're done. However, this app does what it says it will do which is why I'm still using it. Health2Sync provides a single app for tracking BP/HR/Glucose/Weight which is great, but 'd like to see O2 and Temp tracking added as additional data points, especially in these COVID-19 times. I'd also like to see a lifetime option so I'm not Nickle and Dimed every one, three or six months.
