Deserves negative stars. Never accepts login info I know is correct. Never sends email to create a new password. I get rerouted and then kicked out for simply trying to login or make an appointment. This is one of the worst apps I’ve ever used for any reason. It’s getting deleted permanently

App quit working, can’t get it to reinstall. After not being able to log in for over a year, I have given up. Receptionists send me a new email to sign up, but it never works either. Page to Olathe health login goes blank and stays that way.

This app is ABSOLUTELY USELESS! Long story short, after setting up an account ALL MENU CHOICES resulted in a “No Connection” error message. I drove to my MD’s office for help and was told to only use a web browser and to uninstall the app because it would not work! What a nightmare. 😱
