Edit as of 9/7/23 - STILL very sporadic on accepting login password. Half the time it is fine & let's me use a fingerprint or password. The other half, I get an error message & it keeps asking me to log in again. Extremely frustrating! Lately the app won't accept my fingerprint and keeps making me change my password, but then locks me out, eendering it useless. I am very frustrated, as I use the portal to communicate with medical providers.

Deserves negative stars. Never accepts login info I know is correct. Never sends email to create a new password. I get rerouted and then kicked out for simply trying to login or make an appointment. This is one of the worst apps I've ever used for any reason. It's getting deleted permanently
Your app does not work! I was able to sign in for the first time, but it did not work when I tried to sign in the second time, and it has refused to let me sign in since then. If you are going advertise your app on evey single door at every health facility, first please make sure your app work like it is intended to.
App quit working, can't get it to reinstall. After not being able to log in for over a year, I have given up. Receptionists send me a new email to sign up, but it never works either. Page to Olathe health login goes blank and stays that way.
Can't sign in at all! I either get a blank page with a circle, or get passed back to the login screen! I selected fingerprint login, but that just causes the app to close! FIX THIS APP! Still can't sign in. Can't use my fingerprint, and when i use my login u/n & p/w, all i hey is the sign in page. VERY frustrating!!!
This app is ABSOLUTELY USELESS! Long story short, after setting up an account ALL MENU CHOICES resulted in a "No Connection" error message. I drove to my MD's office for help and was told to only use a web browser and to uninstall the app because it would not work! What a nightmare. 😱
I hate this app! You need it, have to use it, and it sucks!!! Everytime I need to use this it won't accept my sign-in, that has been saved so is correct, I get so frustrated that I end up uninstalling, and need a new password, and pray it works. Most of the time it works, but not all. After changing password, sometimes won't accept it. Have to try the next day, and get away from this. It can take several days of trying before I get my message. Here I go again...
forced to download to download test results i can view without the App. App doesn't recognize already established account and wants too many permissions with no exception s.
I can't see any information about my visit or results. Always reads no connection. if you need a reminder about the appointment or request for an appointment, i won't be able to. please fix this issue
The new update is TERRIBLE! If I could give it ZERO stars, I would! It's nearly impossible to navigate, I can't find any of my history, test results, or visit summaries, and the color scheme is horrible! I used to love this app, and I monitored my health stats frequently. If these bugs aren't fixed soon, or if you don't revert back to pre-update state, I'm uninstalling! Very disappointed and a firm believer in, "If it ain't broke, don't fix it!" ☹
