when need to contact there's no visible phone number to call for assistance. It states to "contact us" from the app in Google play, but it's 🚫 shown, nor inside the app itself. They need to have it posted. Also there's been times X's2 where my money was either not deposited for the next month or was taken away and not deposited in the following month. I should be able to save that money to purchase a more expensive item that I need that I can't pay for unless that money is rolled over!!!

App doesn't work right. It saves your username and password but won't acknowledge it when you go to login. You will still have to type it all in. I have yet to find the online store it's supposed to have as well. If you ask me, this app is pretty much useless that just takes up valuable storage space on your phone. After reading feedback from others, it seems this app has not worked in quite some time. I am UNinstalling and never coming back!!!
Worst app I have ever used. It logs me out after a few minutes, does not allow login info to be stored. Items scanned by app say they are covered, but at the register they are not allowed to be purchased. Repeated calls to the app tech support never result in any improvement. They told me it might take until 2026. Sam's Club is supposed to participate, items scan in the app as covered but at checkout the payment card is rejected by Sam's. The app developers don't seem to care...
The log-in process is nearly impossible. The option to use bio recognition isn't available for those of us who can't remember a password that has to contain a capital, a number, a symbol, be a certain length...it won't accept the password that has been saved into the device (to make it easier) AND THERE IS NO WAY TO CHANGE THE PASSWORD ONCE IN THE APP!!! Looking up the PW and trying to hit the correct keys at checkout is embarrassing and holds up the line. I want to use my bio recognition.
I hate this app! It's so hard to just sign in, and now they want a different sign in all together. I put in my info, and it just makes me put it in over and over. It never actually signs in! This has been an on going issue for over a year! I have been able to get into my account twice!!!! Why do I need a text confirmation when it just takes me right back to the sign on page!
The app will tell you something is ok to buy and it is wrong most of the time. Had enough of this app. Hard time logging in and when you do finally get logged in. You can't see how much you have on your card. It deserves zero stars but I have to give a one. And you can't even check and see what is eligible and not eligible. This app is the biggest mess for a app. Have to change my password ever time a try to log in. this app doesn't even deserve one star.
I don't know what happened with this app but it is horrible to use now. I can't order anything because it keeps on giving me an error saying, "Error, it looks like price has changed with items in your cart. Please confirm the products." I try to place the order afterwards and it keeps giving me that same error. Sometime when you try to log in to begin with, it prompts you to enter your old password and new password. I never requested a new password. Fix this ASAP. It's been too long.
so I was embarrassed and angry at the same time. I scanned all of the items that I wanted and only put in the approved items in my cart. i get to the reg and I'm told that I owe like $13.00. I explained that all the items were Approved in the app and I was told that I had to go through my cart and see what may be the unapproved items. huh?? with 15 ppl in line behind me. I had to cancel the purchase and leave the store (dollar general). I was fuming. do better. omg now it's not compatible noMore
HORRIBLE! I used to have uhc, and their app is fast and easy. I agree with the person who said you can't login because it sends you a passcode and when you check your text for the code, it logs you out and you have to start over. If you are lucky enough to actually be able to log in, it is terribly slow. I usually get stuck on the set location page. It goes no where. No prompts, nothing. You can't go up, down, left or right. I sat down with it for 30 min and finally got to the PROD scanner. SLOW
log-in issues, and when checking out, it register didn't accept the product. Managers think item doesn't qualify, I had to teach them how to ring up the item. They put up a huge power struggle with me. I kept explaining what the problem was until they finally followed my direction, and I proved them WRONG. Not a good experience!
