The app doesn't work right

I was forced to get this for school. Other than that, it's good at what it's made for.

The app crashes while uploading documents. This is supposed to be one of its core functions.

So far not experience have been great. Being able to submit medical information this way is quick and easy.

This is way to time consuming, especially since I've already had to fill out all of the paperwork to be kept on file.
