The app doesn’t work right

I was forced to get this for school. Other than that, it’s good at what it’s made for.

The app crashes while uploading documents. This is supposed to be one of its core functions.

So far not experience have been great. Being able to submit medical information this way is quick and easy.

This is way to time consuming, especially since I’ve already had to fill out all of the paperwork to be kept on file.

Love the program hate the app. Primarily use it to upload athlete documents except that function rarely works so app ends up being kinda useless.

Uploading files is a pain. Keeps saying oops something went wrong, but gives no information on why.

The app doesn’t allow use to see diagnose codes, just the numbers. Also we can’t delete injuries or incidents we add if they are accidentally created

This App does not work….or at least not on Galaxy S20 Ultra phones. Crashes immediately when attempting to open. Reinstalled it multiple times. Worthless at this point…

What is wrong with your application? I keep getting notifications that there is a new message and when I open it, there is nothing. It is very annoying!

Its not for strength training or routes. This is for athletic training. Its amazing and has nothing to do with personal training. Please update your survey.

This app has force closed and caused my phone to freeze up and need to be restarted on multiple occasions. Would like to use it for my team but not at the expense of it causing my phone not to work.

A good idea but a bit confusing when things expire as to which one were updated and which were not. A task list of some sort might be handy for those that use it yearly. After you learn from previous year at least you know what to look for but definitely not user friendly.

Have to have this for kids school for sports. Cannot even access my account after signing up took way too long, because network errors and such . Then magically account was issued but now no password works. And the help email says 1 to 2 business days for response which does my child no good […]
