This is a scam. After I made payment no adjustments can be made. Not a good app. Sounds are lagging and noisy in the ear.

Not very useful has a huge delay so you get an echo effect. Very distracting. A waste of money as you can't get the app until you pay.

WOW I was hoping for one that actually worked... This is not it. It claims to at least be boosting by 25% but no change at all. To find out if it works you have to subscribe first. Go pound sand!!!

Works, but no noise cancelling as said in the description. And the sound delay is bad, you hear yourself speaking about one second later.

Would it be possible to with Bluetooth earbuds? This has so much potential if it were only Bluetooth earbuds. Theres an app in the play store that can use Bluetooth earbuds for recording audio, maybe try doing something similar and implement it into this?

I just received my hearing aids from the V.A. They suggested downloading this app. I almost had to go back to the V.A. for heart problems..... $14.99 A WEEK? are these guys nuts?

This app is a ripoff. I've had €14.99 deducted each week, for the last three weeks from my bank account It doesn't even recognize my Bernafon Hearing Aids.

Doesn't work at all. I installed it and it just sits there with this red circle going round and round. Maybe it's because I denied it access to my photos. Why does a microphone app need access to my photos? Uninstalling.

Down loaded the app. Started using the app. There was an echo or delay on the sound. The app says to purchase the pro upgrade to stop the echo. Purchase d the upgrade and no change. Would not recommend this app.

Did not work to cancel background, did not allow mic besides phone, the only thing that changed is the sound boost, which was not much louder. I would like a refund.

garbage. $22 a week!!! lol and what features does it have? you can legit do everything this app does just through your phone without a app. the ads are also soo invasive. I just wanted a new app for my hearing aids and this app I can't even pair the hearing aids with. what a joke.

I have taken the Free Trail and Ended that as well, still they charged the yearly fee even after cancel the subscription.

Useless to spend 2us dollars for month is tooooe expensive... N don't worth spending. I hv tried but didn't work. It will be totally fail app becouse of high price n not that too much useful. There are many better app on play store. N that too free or nominal charge. Better withdraw app or make it easy for all.

is this earcare app free or has a subscription? I seem to remember there was a 7 days trial period. oddly enough 4 days after downloading in audiologist office I was billed. I rate this as unrated but can't so marking as 1 star so my post goes through.. I have not had the time to learn how to use this with newly acquired hearing aids. so I like an answer to my question above. please

My rating is actually 0/5. After paying up, I ran the app while trying to listen to sounds and the radio playing, but there was nothing through the phone earphones, and without it just a high frequency, shrilling noise. Instructions would be nice, in case I did something wrong...

Good so far, works via phone mic and headset mic. Apart for the irretating delay in hearing something, and the adjustment levels with no description of frequency or what does each one adjust. Yet to find out how is the noise cancelling. It's a one size fits all kind of app where the petralex app is far superior, calibration for each ear, type of hearing loss can be selected and subscription is fair for what you get. The delay in sounds is still there but much lesser that this app.

No good for boosting sound. My own voice echos way delayed. sounds are doubled. I tried it with several very expensive and quality earbuds and no changes. If you're super desperate and NOT going to do any talking at all, it might be OK. But, no good as a typical hearing aid.

first of all, I was only able to try it out with minimal volume and noise reduction settings anything above the basic Max settings isn't much so how can I tell? What I could hear sounded like a great deal of garbled ham radio interference which sounded like a lot of angry people cussing and swearing and arguing with each other. Probably embedded in the app. it's just a bluff to get me to fork out $14.99 a week to have access at the full controls! HECK NO!!! Going to delete now!

Like every other "hearing aid" app I've tried, the delay between the sound originating and the app transmitting it to my seriously earbuds is nuts unacceptable. All it does is create confusion because I hear a sound (speech for instance) and I see the source of the sound (lips moving) way before the app sends it. It just makes things harder to understand.

Unfortunately, this app has two flaws. First, it led me to believe that it can use the microphones in bluetooth earbuds as the receivers, when it actually purely relies on the android device's microphone. Second, there is a significant delay of about ⅔ of a second of when sound is produced and the time that it is heard. Maybe this is purely a limitation of the technology, but I kind of think a device as powerful as mine could do better with the right software.
