So here's my honest take on Heart Monitor: Measure BP & HR. I've tested a bunch of health apps and this one's pretty good. The face scanning tech works surprisingly well to measure your vitals, and I like how it tracks trends over time. Definitely better than manually taking your blood pressure. On the downside, the UI can be a little confusing at first and I wish it had more in-depth reporting. But overall, it's a solid option if you want to monitor your heart health from your phone.

Description

Been using Heart Monitor: Measure BP & HR for a couple months now. It’s basically an app that lets you check your blood pressure, heart rate, and other vital signs right from your phone. Pretty solid if you’re into managing your heart health.

Here’s what you do: just open the app, let it scan your face for a bit, and it’ll give you your latest readings. There’s also some cool features to track trends over time and get reminders to check in. Took me a while to figure some of that out but it’s actually pretty useful.

Look, if you’re trying to keep an eye on your blood pressure or just generally want to stay on top of your heart health, you’ll probably like this app. It’s not perfect – the face scanning can be a bit finicky sometimes – but overall it does the job. Worth checking out.

nice app, pretty accurate with a blood pressure machine

I'm 6 feet, 182 pounds and very athletic with 13% body fat. That said because this app says I'm stage 1 obese and says I should consult with my doctor?!...

The app didn't save my recordings into the diary. I want a place to keep all readings, even those taken by doctors.
