Been using Heart Rate: Blood Pressure App for a couple months now. It’s basically a health tracking app that lets you monitor your pulse and blood pressure right from your phone. Pretty solid if you’re into that kinda thing.
Here’s what you can do – you can just hold your finger on the screen for a few seconds and it’ll give you your heart rate. There’s also a blood pressure tracker which is pretty cool. And you can look at graphs and stats to see how your numbers are trending over time. Took me a while to figure some of that out but it’s useful.
Look, if you’re into health and fitness apps, you’ll probably like this. It’s not perfect – the blood pressure readings can be a bit finicky sometimes – but overall it does the job. Worth checking out.
