Sadly, it's become almost impossible to get the app to run or even log in. I had a few issues on launch when it came to making an account more or less logging in, but it has gotten worse and worse as updates have been added. It's an adorable and lovely game, but the tech issues make it hard to even try to play or enjoy it. Hope to be able to come back later on when it's in a better playable state.

I really enjoy the game and the fashions. However, the player base is often unfair. Smile market was meant to be to buy hard to find items for a fair price, and now people use it for trading and price good items at randomly high prices. Reporting players is hard too because if the company determines you made a bad report even though it wasn't, you'll get penalized, and it's not cool. I wish they would change it to make it easier to report bad behavior.

Its possible to get items free but super grindy. What's great is that you can also trade or gift any duplicate items you get. That is something I have never seen in any gacha game. I give it one less star because it would be nice to trade items that you don't have a duplicate of but other than that, it's a pretty solid and cute game!! EDIT: This app is super buggy and customer service will always give you generic troubleshooting when it's their app that is the problem!!!

This game is adorable,love the graphics and cool set up. Except I can't talk to anyone so it isn't a very social app... I thought it was a free for everyone type of game. I would like to see more mini games in the future since it does take a long time to level up and get coins or hearts. Their should be alot more plushies to choose from and it shouldn't have to cause so much just to get some stuff for the room tbh.

Beware if you're an impulse buyer or have a gambling problem. While Technically free to play, your progress is drastically slower and the exchange for in-game currency is extremely expensive. Premium items are available to players who spend $100 a MONTH, which is more than my phone bill. But the fashion is cute and I love Sanrio characters so I've been playing for almost an entire year now. You just have to keep a Very strict budget when playing this game

While this game is a very fun experience I just wish there was a little more item variety and more to do. There's not a lot of darker/masculine items up for grabs. And some Sanrio characters have little to no items. Interacting with other players is always a nice experience and everyone has been very kind. Just wish there was a little more to this app then just watering plants, going to parties, and some very short lived dialogs.

Recently downloaded this game after my iphone got sold and lost my old account (which I'm getting another soon), but this account hasn't been bad! I've been collecting the kuromi's dreams bag, so far I've gotten the flower, hair, and most items. The game is overall fun. It's exactly how I remember! Everyone is chill, too. easy to get along with. Visiting myself is so nostalgic, it almost makes me cry. but.. it crashes a lot, but it's because my phone is slow, and it's a free government phone.

This game was fine so I thought starting out. I was excited to see another cute Sanrio game on the play store, but once again it did not deliver. Constant bugs, tedious and repetitive missions, crashing, and the manage phone calls thing was a bit of a stretch. It takes awhile to obtain enough hearts to cash in for tickets and you only get 1 for 90 something odd hearts. It also takes awhile to obtain coins which is odd in a game like this. Poor execution.

I'm level 10 and so far the app is fun, I like collecting items to decorate my character and room. However the only thing you can really do is water and harvest flowers. I feel like there is a lot of potential for growth with this game, more socializing and some mini games could really help it along with lowering the level needed to be to comment and post. I would like to see more characters like Keroppi make an appearance where you can talk with them. There are still some bugs but nothing major

Super cute and fun to play. However the glitches and bug will impact my review heavily. "Free give away item" you'll send me an alert and notification, it'll say "3 items available" However I click on the button and it says "no items available" when I can see with my own eyes that there is items. I was able to use this feature ONCE before it stopped working.
