Sadly, it's become almost impossible to get the app to run or even log in. I had a few issues on launch when it came to making an account more or less logging in, but it has gotten worse and worse as updates have been added. It's an adorable and lovely game, but the tech issues make it hard to even try to play or enjoy it. Hope to be able to come back later on when it's in a better playable state.

I really enjoy the game and the fashions. However, the player base is often unfair. Smile market was meant to be to buy hard to find items for a fair price, and now people use it for trading and price good items at randomly high prices. Reporting players is hard too because if the company determines you made a bad report even though it wasn't, you'll get penalized, and it's not cool. I wish they would change it to make it easier to report bad behavior.

Its possible to get items free but super grindy. What's great is that you can also trade or gift any duplicate items you get. That is something I have never seen in any gacha game. I give it one less star because it would be nice to trade items that you don't have a duplicate of but other than that, it's a pretty solid and cute game!! EDIT: This app is super buggy and customer service will always give you generic troubleshooting when it's their app that is the problem!!!

This game is adorable,love the graphics and cool set up. Except I can't talk to anyone so it isn't a very social app... I thought it was a free for everyone type of game. I would like to see more mini games in the future since it does take a long time to level up and get coins or hearts. Their should be alot more plushies to choose from and it shouldn't have to cause so much just to get some stuff for the room tbh.

Beware if you're an impulse buyer or have a gambling problem. While Technically free to play, your progress is drastically slower and the exchange for in-game currency is extremely expensive. Premium items are available to players who spend $100 a MONTH, which is more than my phone bill. But the fashion is cute and I love Sanrio characters so I've been playing for almost an entire year now. You just have to keep a Very strict budget when playing this game

While this game is a very fun experience I just wish there was a little more item variety and more to do. There's not a lot of darker/masculine items up for grabs. And some Sanrio characters have little to no items. Interacting with other players is always a nice experience and everyone has been very kind. Just wish there was a little more to this app then just watering plants, going to parties, and some very short lived dialogs.

Recently downloaded this game after my iphone got sold and lost my old account (which I'm getting another soon), but this account hasn't been bad! I've been collecting the kuromi's dreams bag, so far I've gotten the flower, hair, and most items. The game is overall fun. It's exactly how I remember! Everyone is chill, too. easy to get along with. Visiting myself is so nostalgic, it almost makes me cry. but.. it crashes a lot, but it's because my phone is slow, and it's a free government phone.

This game was fine so I thought starting out. I was excited to see another cute Sanrio game on the play store, but once again it did not deliver. Constant bugs, tedious and repetitive missions, crashing, and the manage phone calls thing was a bit of a stretch. It takes awhile to obtain enough hearts to cash in for tickets and you only get 1 for 90 something odd hearts. It also takes awhile to obtain coins which is odd in a game like this. Poor execution.

I'm level 10 and so far the app is fun, I like collecting items to decorate my character and room. However the only thing you can really do is water and harvest flowers. I feel like there is a lot of potential for growth with this game, more socializing and some mini games could really help it along with lowering the level needed to be to comment and post. I would like to see more characters like Keroppi make an appearance where you can talk with them. There are still some bugs but nothing major

Super cute and fun to play. However the glitches and bug will impact my review heavily. "Free give away item" you'll send me an alert and notification, it'll say "3 items available" However I click on the button and it says "no items available" when I can see with my own eyes that there is items. I was able to use this feature ONCE before it stopped working.

SO CUTEEE!! This game is adorable. The art, the gameplay, everything about it is just so cute. Though, there have been a few instances where its been kind of stingy. Also it takes a long time to get enough coins for a 7 roll. And with the feature of online play, I can't find any chat to communicate with other people. That's definitely something I'd love to see in the future.

I have had this game for a little while now, and it has crashed twice. The second time, I lost 7 rolled items from a gacha bc the game froze and crashed on me. Incredibly disappointing bc I had gotten the rarest item from that bag in that roll. It's a fun game, very cute, and I'll keep playing, but it definitely has issues. My game is up to date, and I have not had any issues aside from the two crashes.

I love this game. Cute graphics, fun things to do. I only wish there was either more ways to earn coins or that the amount earned was a little higher. And it would be nice if we could find energy sometimes while watering and/or harvesting. Fun game, nice community ... I recommend to anyone who likes Sanrio and/or dressing and decorating games.

Okay, I would love to give this game a higher rating, mostly because the designs are stunning! A+ to the art team!! However, the gameplay is pretty lacking. There isn't that much to do, so the game gets grindy pretty fast. There are also several quality of life changes that could make it better, like some others have mentioned (allowing trades of non-duplicate items, for example). And the paywall is absolutely bonkers! Like, it's honestly kind of unbelievable for what the game actually offers.

So much lag. Right now, it's lagging so bad. Every time you try to make a room, the game freezes, and it's slow. They are aware of this, too. They just don't care and take your money. They are aware of these glitch issues. They've posted some players' comments in their Instagram stories. In addition, sometimes, when accepting a party gift, the coins from that party gift DO NOT add up to your coin count. Which is honestly a waste. Seriously, get it together.

Been playing since it came out(3 yrs) and stayed for the community + friends I've made. Leaving a 1 star because cocone has shown time and time again that they're money hungry and don't care about their players. Their updates constantly crash the game and give no compensation for doing so, making it harder for those already trying to save/play. It's nearly impossible to play if you don't spend money on their expensive packs AND if you're a casual player.

its so sad how much this app has changed. it was so much better when it was named "hello sweet days". i finally logged back on after so long, because i deleted the app in like 2023 when it started changing. its changed more than i thought it ever would. when i logged in, ALL of my items were gone. all my progress, my two years of progress on this game, gone. i dont know how to get them back, or even if i ever will. the game isnt even fun anymore btw. do not recommend...

I play this game a lot! really loved it when I first started. Now, Cocone's greed is what shows most of the time. between paywalls & insane prices on items & a vicious user run market, they continue to make it harder and harder to get those free coins. theyve recently implemented some things that greatly hinder your gameplay, and I'd recommend avoiding this app all together nowadays.

The game is so fun so far! Lots of potential. I would love more mini games with the Sanrio characters! A cooking/food gameplay cycle would be great too, instead of just buying a smoothie to up your energy again. It would also be awesome if they could add in designing your own furniture/clothing or customize them by changing colors/adding stickers etc! Current gameplay loops are fun, but big drawback is overpriced in-game items and currency. They have made improvements but lots more work needed.

Maybe last month the app had a log in problem that they acknowledged, but I still can't log in with my Google account. I can only play as a guest, and when I try logging in with Facebook it still doesn't work. I really like the game and I play almost every day and I've been doing so for 3 or 4 years. The app is very based on spending real money on it, which I don't do, but I really just want to log back into my account because I'm probably missing fun events in-game right now. Please fix this...
