Id love to give a better and real review, but unfortunately 2 minutes after creating my account, I was immediately logged out. The error I get is "Your account has been put on hold due to your network connection", which doesn't make any sense to me. I have sent in an inquiry to support from the website, but haven't heard anything yet. Not a fun issue to have, and I can't seem to find anyone having the same issue.

Overall the app is fine, but very limited unless you subscribe, and there are very few users in my area. I subscribed to the gold subscription. I realized I still could not see likes, so I subscribed to the Platinum. The app's help topics stated that if I subscribed to both, the Gold charge would be refunded within 5 days. This did not happen until I went back and forth with the app and Google, and finally received a "courtesy refund". Took over two weeks of back and forth emails.
More than half of the users are scammers and bots. I get notifications of a message that was sent to me hours prior to the time the message was sent. I try to delete conversations and even though I tapped the right one, it will delete a totally different conversation. Updated to 1 star because this app is complete garbage now. I cant update my profile and support is no help after almost 3 months of "troubleshooting" and now I just got charged $59.99 for the premium that I cant even access.
Worked great for the first few days, then I was in the middle of a conversation with someone, setting up a date and just got banned out of nowhere for "breaking community guidelines". Submitted a support ticket, no response. Edit: updating this because they did eventually get back with me and unlocked my account after I followed their steps for verification.
A glitchy mess. As much as this app wants to push Gold and Platinum subscriptions, there's so many glitches + poor UI features to make it not worth the money. Tapping ❤️ on the profiles of folks who viewed my profile results in nothing but the ❤️ icon becoming larger. Messages go missing, notifications for new messages pop up without there being one, the ⬅️ icon to go back to the previous page closes the app entirely. Worst of all, you CANNOT SEE THE TEXT BOX typing. I'm not renewing my sub.
App is pretty glitchy. It often shows me the same people I swiped through just 30 seconds before and I have to go through them again. When I message people, the keyboard covers the text box so I cannot see what I have typed. Also despite having my max age be 29, it is definetly showing my profile to order people as I keep getting likes from those who are 40+, which is just a waste of everyones time. Honestly, you are better off on Tinder or Hinge
This app has become saturated with fake scammer profiles. This issue deters legitimate users from staying with the app for very long. One big issue is if a scammer buys a subscription, then the system does not remove them when they get flagged, even when it is painfully obvious it is a scammer. When the scammers have a subscription it allows them to manipulate their location and hide where they really are. The system should not allow profiles until they are photo verified.
I'm not sure what algorithms it uses, but I feel like the app just throws me into the deep end of a 500 mile radius wlw swimming pool full of some of the thirstiest people, yet here I am still looking for the diamond in the rough. lol Besides the algorithm, the notifications are glitchy AF, and on the Google Pixel, when in the chat part, when you type, the text box doesn't move up. In other words, you are typing blind since the keyboard sits on top of the text. this is annoying.
As far as I can tell, there're only about a total of 40 people in my area which is odd because I live at a tricity midway point and 2 of the cities are heavily populated. After swiping left to many of them they will appear again on the list. An ad pops up about every 3 swipes. I mean insanely frequently. I get it, y'all want me to pay but why would I pay when there don't seem to be more profiles to swipe through?
Edit: the devs left a response that they will fix this in future updates to the app, but I don't see how thats possible. It's been a week since I opened a ticket on the website and nobody has responded to me. The issue is with the support team, not the app. As a baseline, with a 3 day timespan for conversations getting archived, it is simply unacceptable for a support ticket to go entirely unanswered for longer than this, and this has been the case for multiple messages to their support team
