App WAS very useful & accurate in the beginning. It was a great tool to use especially on rainy days and would've been helpful on cold days such as road. But the past month or so it either does not notify at all (most often), notifies miles away from specific radius, notifies both push and email (when push only) and notifies multiply times at once. It was cool for the kids to see the bus moving and where the bus was. Now it says bus is not in service so there is no information. Please fix!

Update: 2 years later and there's no change! It's just an app taking up space. When the app is working, it's good. When the bus is linked to be tracked, it's pretty cool because I know when to leave the house with the kids rather than standing on the side of the road, unknowing of when the bus will arrive. I absolutely HATE when it says my child was scanned on the bus when they were not at school. That, to me, is more of a risk with all the kids that go without parents (false security).

As all parents of bus riders know, bus arrival times can be pretty variable. This app is great for time management - we no longer rush and worry about missing the bus nor spend a long time waiting and wondering when there's a delay. One warning though - don't rely on the push notification to tell you when the bus is in your area; our phones often *ding* when we're already home. Still a great tool, though!

Love the app, but for some reason my wife and I can't login after 3-25-2019. It's like the new update cleared our data. We try to enter our kid's last name and school ID, but it's like she doesn't exist. Weird because we still get an email saying the bus is in radius, but we literally can't log into the app. Two separate phones...same issue.

After using this app for more than a year, it seems that not much has changed regarding its reliability, as crucial as it is. Three weeks into the school year, the GPS is not updating. You have to switch children, or exit and return to the app to see movement. Today, the bus came and left for over 10 mins, but the app says it has not arrived yet. C'mon, my kids are depending on this !!

Great concept, poor execution. I love the idea of this app, and it's great that one morning of the week it actually updates the location of my sons bus, but most every day the app will just stop updating. I log out and back in, no change. Tried uninstalling and reinstalling, no change. Also, the app makes it nearly impossible to contact support. It asks for my Sons school code, which I only had on one slip of paper from the school announcment they were using the app. It's stored in my profile, along with my sons info, but your app can't auto pull that data? I guess they don't like dealing with support issues.

Update: A new school year and the app has gotten worse. I would call dispatch wondering where the bus is and they would give location then indicate that the app hasn't update in over 15min to reflect current location. This new update does not work. The map loads but it doesn't show the bus location. Before update we were able to track the bus from its resting stop til it made all pick ups. Now there's no yellow dot to track.

Totally unreliable. App does not show where this bus is like it was meant to. Icons do not change as bus reaches school or bus stop. Maybe developers weren't prepared for shortage of bus drivers. I'm sure the constant change of busses and combing multiple routes for one bus has something to do with it. Communication with transportation department is complete trash. Users are told to rely on this app which does not work. When (if) email notifications come, they are hours and sometimes days off.

Doesn't work well. Bus only shows up on map sometimes. Now after yet another update it keeps saying "no map data found" for my student. It removed the radius that was used all last year and won't let me make a new one. Now I get multiple notifications that the bus has entered my area when it's actually miles away! It also shows the bus has NOT gotten to our stop yet long after it's picked us up at our stop and drove away! So many bugs.

This app would great if it worked. Only locates 1 of the 3 buses my kids are on. Have ALL my notifications on with the correct student ID's but still doeant work.when notifying the 'help desk',you just receive the same song and dance. It may work for others it may not, you take the chance when you download it. I have uninstalled it. No need for another app taking up memory on my phone when it does not work for me.
