Everything was good at first, until I needed an answer and some clarity on why I had been charged twice for my membership and how to get a reimbursement, and for my "free replacement "then no response. Extremely frustrating that they have no problem taking money but will jot resolve any issues. Sad
A great product and a great app. The only issue I've found is that locations aren't very accurate when I've tested it. Despite this I would recommend the dog tag as I've moved house multiple times in a short period of time so not having to get a new tag each time has been handy. Additionally my dog sometimes goes to stay with family so the ability to update his emergency contacts is incredibly handy and gives me some peace of mind when he's staying in a different town.
Terrible customer service. The badge was unfortunately too big for my 3 year old cat. I have tried contacting them multiple times via email and instagram (for 2 months now) asking if I can return or exchange the badge but of course no answer. I was completely ghosted. The app works fine for me, but it doesn't matter when my cat cannot use the too big tag. The idea is good, but the company is pretty irresponsible with communication and solving issues. I'd recommend buying other products.

it was easy to set up. if you want extras you have to pay a monthly fee. Which I was not ready for.
The app is pretty easy to set up. Makes us feel better that we have an added protection in case something happens.
The tags are good size if used on a cat or small animal for but a full size dog, they are way too small. Only about 50% of the time were we able to read the tag. 3 Android phones (2 Pixel 7s, 1 Samsung Galaxy S22 Ultra) and 3 different iPhones (2 14s and 1 15 Pro) and could only get the tag to read on 1 of the pixels, the Galaxy and on 1 of the iPhones. Very disappointed. I can't return because it's personalized so now I'm stuck with a very expensive name tag that MIGHT help locate him if lost
Works very well. I misunderstood the passive GPS tracking. I ordered this because I thought when our cat came home I could scan the tag and download a map showing where he went. It just shows that my age is affecting my interaction with technology! It's still a great product though. Most people don't have a microchip reader, but most people do have a phone that can scan a QR code. This makes it very simple for someone to find a pet's owner.
