Everything was good at first, until I needed an answer and some clarity on why I had been charged twice for my membership and how to get a reimbursement, and for my “free replacement “then no response. it was easy to set up. if you want extras you have to pay a monthly fee. Which I was not ready for.

The app is pretty easy to set up. Makes us feel better that we have an added protection in case something happens.
