Everything was good at first, until I needed an answer and some clarity on why I had been charged twice for my membership and how to get a reimbursement, and for my "free replacement "then no response. Extremely frustrating that they have no problem taking money but will jot resolve any issues. Sad

A great product and a great app. The only issue I've found is that locations aren't very accurate when I've tested it. Despite this I would recommend the dog tag as I've moved house multiple times in a short period of time so not having to get a new tag each time has been handy. Additionally my dog sometimes goes to stay with family so the ability to update his emergency contacts is incredibly handy and gives me some peace of mind when he's staying in a different town.

Terrible customer service. The badge was unfortunately too big for my 3 year old cat. I have tried contacting them multiple times via email and instagram (for 2 months now) asking if I can return or exchange the badge but of course no answer. I was completely ghosted. The app works fine for me, but it doesn't matter when my cat cannot use the too big tag. The idea is good, but the company is pretty irresponsible with communication and solving issues. I'd recommend buying other products.

it was easy to set up. if you want extras you have to pay a monthly fee. Which I was not ready for.

The app is pretty easy to set up. Makes us feel better that we have an added protection in case something happens.

The tags are good size if used on a cat or small animal for but a full size dog, they are way too small. Only about 50% of the time were we able to read the tag. 3 Android phones (2 Pixel 7s, 1 Samsung Galaxy S22 Ultra) and 3 different iPhones (2 14s and 1 15 Pro) and could only get the tag to read on 1 of the pixels, the Galaxy and on 1 of the iPhones. Very disappointed. I can't return because it's personalized so now I'm stuck with a very expensive name tag that MIGHT help locate him if lost

Works very well. I misunderstood the passive GPS tracking. I ordered this because I thought when our cat came home I could scan the tag and download a map showing where he went. It just shows that my age is affecting my interaction with technology! It's still a great product though. Most people don't have a microchip reader, but most people do have a phone that can scan a QR code. This makes it very simple for someone to find a pet's owner.

3 stars only because they took too long to mail out tag. The concept is good, I just hope it works.

Excellent app, and an even better idea for reuniting lost pets with their owners. I would give 5 stars, but when filling out your address and your vet's info it's very centred around the US as far as the automatic address finder goes which makes that part of the app a little clunky to use for other country's residents. Also GPS location services are unreliable on the tag scans often showing up a location around 10 miles away, tested on multiple devices with same results. Else would get 5 stars.

1.) My tags weren't sent off for a few weeks and if I hadn't emailed them inquiring where my items were they wouldn't have informed me whatsoever. 2.) The place where you upload documents for your records won't show in the app. It only shows "loading" but it doesn't do anything. I've contacted them regarding the issue and they've never responded and it's been a month. 3.) Notice you'll only see good reviews (4-5 stars) only and leave out the lower star ratings as I've left lower than 4 stars.

Giant sales pitch for various pet products/insurance and the membership fees their ads conveniently forgot to tell you about.

If not better than a Chip! The Hey Buddy Tag is just perfect for all of the information needed to identify and keep one's pet's safe. Even though my pets are chipped; I find that the Hey Buddy Tag offers more information to be inputted. The awesome benefit is that if one's pets are ever separated or lost (hopefully, never), just scan the bar code without going to the vets or local shelter to check for a chip. Thanks, Hey Buddy!

Setting up the app is difficult. It will not retain any information entered. When the tag is scanned it requires the person scanning to download the app. I do not receive notification of the scan as stated. This is not as advertised. I am dissatisfied with the product. Deserves 1 star, I give 2 stars only because I believe this is a good concept.

Horrible customer service. Wouldn't have ever shipped the tag if I hadn't emailed to ask about the status of it bc it had been a month. Finally asked to cancel the order bc this was taking too long, and they lied and said it was too late to cancel bc they had already shipped it. In reality, several days later it shipped. They then told me if I sent it back, they'd give me a refund. It's been two months and this still isn't resolved. Too many other similar products available to make this worth it

Stay away from this company! After waiting a month for my tag and asking for a refund, they ignored my request and shipped a new one. I thought I'd still try it out, only to download the app and get popup after popup for upgrading the account. Features that are led to be believed as free on their website are actually Features you only get by upgrading to a paid account. I inquired about a refund for the second time stating that I was bot satisfied and they told me no since it was personalized.

This tag is so neat! I was able to upload EVERYTHING about my dog and his medical history to this tag. I was able to add pictures, descriptions, all kinds of info you can't do on a normal metal tag from Petsmart. I feel so much more confident he will come back home if he ever gets lost! I gave it 4 stars because some of the sections I had to redo after entering the info and hitting save. I tested it out and and scanned the tag and everything I added was there. Give this a try yall!

Deserves zero stars. I ourchased the ID badge when it was called BarkBadge. I tried logging into my account and I get errors saying "Please login using My email". Google login doesn't work. I've reset my Password, doesn't fix it. Customer service said their IT team would fix it over a month ago and noe they just aren't responding to my emails. I wish I could refund the product considering they don't care once they have your money. AVOID AT ALL COSTS.
