No problem until there was, is. Cashed out successfully with out problems and then suddenly says technical error contact support. support will not return your email in app. I've gotten a few generic auto type replies after chasing them down on platforms like FB or reddit and ask for screenshot and description but I never hear back after that. edit. Finally got a response in email but stringing for a week saying it's with their team. it's been a month....

Don't trust this app! It started out, perfect, I was able to cash out, and customer service responded, and when I hit a milestone over $20, I was told I had to wait a week before I would receive my reward, and that week came, and never received my payment, and I have sent numerous emails to support and absolutely no response, at all!!! It has been 9 days and I'm losing hope and I stopped playing any games, from this app a long time ago.

I've cashed out from this app a few times, but they're terrible about crediting you for game goals or sign up offers a lot of the time. I completed a goal that said to watch ads to fill up the bar, and I would get $4.50. Once I completed it, it suddenly showed that goal was worth $0 so I didn't get anything and wasted all that time watching ads. So yeah you can cash out but like 70% of the time, you won't get credit for goals you complete.

I was playing a game earning, with no problems until this morning I decided to make a couple purchases in a game and I guess there was an offer for that and I got cashback I was excited and went to check the offer and they put my account under review. Then on hold until next month... because I bought currency in a game and got an offer I didn't even know existed. Really? Update: My accounts "on hold" until 2 weeks from now... for simply buying currency in the game... really?

I've made a little bit of money the last 2 months having this app. but the more you try to earn, the more offers will mysteriously stop working. I just completed a task worth $6.50 only for the "3rd party" to zero out the task literally the second I finished it. other times I've started a game only for it to show up again in my offers and I'll never get rewarded. it's a shame. it had such potential. their customer service is quick to respond but sounds all ai and doesn't help. at all.

I had high hopes for this app, I completed a couple surveys and played a game and completed an offer . Then when it's time to cashout , I can't because it keeps giving an error to contact customer service . customer service doesn't respond. I tried reaching out to the email listed on here also and I got a domain response saying the email can't sent .

I don't know what happened to this app but all of a sudden, everytime I find a game that i can complete pretty easily they randomly stop giving me rewards. Then you contact help, they tell you wait 72 hours just to be told nothing can be done, just stop playing the game. It has happened twice now in the last 3 days. Don't put the games on there at all if you think it's too easy. I've wasted so much time on these games after I get the first one or two rewards, then it just stops. It's ridiculous

was going good until I completed a milestone(reach island 68 on animal coins within 3 days, in which I did.) made it all the way to 70ish and did not receive credit. contacted support and was told I didn't complete the offer within the given time frame completely ignoring my timestamped screenshot. will be going back to my apps that I know are reliable. was already told that nothing can be done.

They are absolute bs!! I completed several of their offers, one of which included making in app purchases. After I failed to get my credits from this, they made me wait 6 days before they would look into it, made me jump through all kinds of crazy hoops to prove I actually did it.. only to have them tell me that their clients tracking software stopped working (after it gave me credit for the first 2 steps). in the end, instead of $20, I got $1 of "goodwill" credit.

can't cash out, can't do surveys or offers. missing reward for offer. and have almost 20 dollars on pending rewards for completed offers. but what good is it when I can't cash out. I can't contact customer support, because it won't allow me to. I've tried uninstilling the app an re instilling it. still have same issues. I've now sent about 10 emails. still haven't received any type of help.
