No problem until there was, is. Cashed out successfully with out problems and then suddenly says technical error contact support. support will not return your email in app. I've gotten a few generic auto type replies after chasing them down on platforms like FB or reddit and ask for screenshot and description but I never hear back after that. edit. Finally got a response in email but stringing for a week saying it's with their team. it's been a month....

Don't trust this app! It started out, perfect, I was able to cash out, and customer service responded, and when I hit a milestone over $20, I was told I had to wait a week before I would receive my reward, and that week came, and never received my payment, and I have sent numerous emails to support and absolutely no response, at all!!! It has been 9 days and I'm losing hope and I stopped playing any games, from this app a long time ago.

I've cashed out from this app a few times, but they're terrible about crediting you for game goals or sign up offers a lot of the time. I completed a goal that said to watch ads to fill up the bar, and I would get $4.50. Once I completed it, it suddenly showed that goal was worth $0 so I didn't get anything and wasted all that time watching ads. So yeah you can cash out but like 70% of the time, you won't get credit for goals you complete.

I was playing a game earning, with no problems until this morning I decided to make a couple purchases in a game and I guess there was an offer for that and I got cashback I was excited and went to check the offer and they put my account under review. Then on hold until next month... because I bought currency in a game and got an offer I didn't even know existed. Really? Update: My accounts "on hold" until 2 weeks from now... for simply buying currency in the game... really?

I've made a little bit of money the last 2 months having this app. but the more you try to earn, the more offers will mysteriously stop working. I just completed a task worth $6.50 only for the "3rd party" to zero out the task literally the second I finished it. other times I've started a game only for it to show up again in my offers and I'll never get rewarded. it's a shame. it had such potential. their customer service is quick to respond but sounds all ai and doesn't help. at all.

I had high hopes for this app, I completed a couple surveys and played a game and completed an offer . Then when it's time to cashout , I can't because it keeps giving an error to contact customer service . customer service doesn't respond. I tried reaching out to the email listed on here also and I got a domain response saying the email can't sent .

I don't know what happened to this app but all of a sudden, everytime I find a game that i can complete pretty easily they randomly stop giving me rewards. Then you contact help, they tell you wait 72 hours just to be told nothing can be done, just stop playing the game. It has happened twice now in the last 3 days. Don't put the games on there at all if you think it's too easy. I've wasted so much time on these games after I get the first one or two rewards, then it just stops. It's ridiculous

was going good until I completed a milestone(reach island 68 on animal coins within 3 days, in which I did.) made it all the way to 70ish and did not receive credit. contacted support and was told I didn't complete the offer within the given time frame completely ignoring my timestamped screenshot. will be going back to my apps that I know are reliable. was already told that nothing can be done.

They are absolute bs!! I completed several of their offers, one of which included making in app purchases. After I failed to get my credits from this, they made me wait 6 days before they would look into it, made me jump through all kinds of crazy hoops to prove I actually did it.. only to have them tell me that their clients tracking software stopped working (after it gave me credit for the first 2 steps). in the end, instead of $20, I got $1 of "goodwill" credit.

can't cash out, can't do surveys or offers. missing reward for offer. and have almost 20 dollars on pending rewards for completed offers. but what good is it when I can't cash out. I can't contact customer support, because it won't allow me to. I've tried uninstilling the app an re instilling it. still have same issues. I've now sent about 10 emails. still haven't received any type of help.

This app is a complete waste of time. Payouts are too low and not paying for the time spent playing games. Continue Earning disappears as soon as you don't pay in app money for continuing to play. The in-app purchase is more than what you earn. Let's not talk about the survey section when you get halfway through they say you're not eligible to continue. The games are slow to pass or level up to keep you playing to reach the goal.

At first, everything was going great I was making a little bit of $ playing games and doing surveys. Cashing out was simple and quick. Then I received a notification that my acct was under review and it was on hold for 2 weeks. My acct is still active. I can still do the task, but can't cash out, it says technical error, contact support. I tried 6 times but my messages never go through. It's very upsetting. I have $25 in my acct that I am unable to withdraw. 😤.. Emailed again. STILL NOTHING

Some of the sites seem sketchy on the app. I applied to a credit monitoring page that withdrew money from my PayPal and I had to deactivate cards just in case I'd be charged more. Other sites promise gift cards but you have to go through hoops. That being said, the survey app itself is well done and I received my legit $5 on PayPal in about two hours of using the app. I'm waiting on about $9 that I was not rewarded and submitted a ticket to developers and I'll update once I receive my money.

terrible app, when completing offers your account isn't always credited. although the offer doesn't specify a waiting period, customer service will suddenly come up with a waiting peroid. dont use this app, total scam. use fast cash or scrambly. they dont make you wait unless specified on the offer. I have reached out to support multiple times. looking at trustpilot im not the only one with this issue. we spend doing these offers and just want a business to follow their own guidelines!!

They pay out in the beginning when you first sign up. It doesn't take long before they stop paying out and support tells you that you just need to wait 72 hours, but the reward never comes. If you contact support they will respond through email at their convenience and if you don't reply to their email immediately they will close your ticket. Then you have to open a whole new ticket and explain your situation all over again, but they do the same thing. You get tired of trying and give up.

The customer service is TERRIBLE!!! I've had several issues with their app and they never help. The most recent is I spent $10 on a game and the same day that game disappeared from my list of playable games. I reached out to customer service and they wouldn't help me. DO NOT spend money on that app. If you have a problem their customer service will not help you.

still wairting on support from someone! no customer support. thru the app I have tried contacting support numerous times n the past week. and still haven't got a response at all. so started out good, played games cashed out, then I had pending rewards for a game, that was suppose to be released few days ago. so I go to the app, and it magically shows u have no pending rewards. it just vanished. but it shows on the offers page, that I completed several steps on the game. and is checked off.

This app was great, it took me 3 days to cash out $10 and it was pretty quick, but now I earned $5 more in one night and not only will it not let me redeem, giving me an "error, contact technical support" message every time I try to redeem, it also wont allow me to obtain anymore money from any of the games I've been working on and all the surveys instantly kick me out. I'm not sure what the problem here is but I tried to email support and I got a message saying their email doesn't work. pls fix

Okay so it definitely works but it takes you a long time to earn money. Most of the surveys are only worth 1-5 cents. The higher ones are hard to qualify for or they don't end up working right. I just cashed out and I think I'm done with this one. There are a few out there where you earn a lot faster and bigger payouts. Plus they offer daily incentives. This one doesn't. I did the game thing and I played forever only to learn that it didn't register my progress because of some "error" No!

I wish I could give this app zero stars! It started out okay, but has really devolved in the last couple of months. First, I reached a payout of 9,450 coins & suddenly they weren't able to track it. Funny how it was just fine until I reached that level. Then, in just the last couple of weeks, I reached higher levels in 2 different games, all of a sudden the "continue earning" button disappeared on both games! Now I am no longer able to play either game. The Hey Cash customer support is useless.
