The app is straight up broken. Can't access any features including sign up. Everything fails when you try to process something.

Good, from ordering online, order notification to order pick up👍
It used to work. In the last few weeks, it will say there is a high number of users and I cannot log in. I'm disappointed because I looked forward to what features they would include. EDIT: it now works after the developers suggestion.

Doesn't save payment information. Doesn't save your login. Can't even locate your location even though you have GPS enabled. Can't even locate your nearest store on the app to make a pickup order. Fix this. Please.

Quick and Tasty. one of my favorite spots in the city to grab a tea.
They will prioritise in store orders over orders done in the app! AVOID USING THIS. When I was putting my order through the app it said 0 minutes wait. There were only two customers in the store ahead of me, both had already paid for their orders and were waiting for their drinks to be made. 30 minutes later countless new customers have come to the store, made an order at the till, waited, received their drinks, and left!!! AND IM STILL WAITING FOR MY DRINKS. I just got a refund and left
I've tried every method of signing up (email, google, fb, phone number) and keep getting network error/login fail.
Online Order function is always unavailable, and to make things worse, you cannot upload receipts to redeem points...
when I tried to sign up, the app went back to the front page when I checked my email to get verification code. when I try to register again, it says I tried too many times. so I am unable to register and use this app
Initially, payments weren't working for me via Google Pay but I sent a screen recording and it was resolved quickly. I can now order tea!
I like the store but the scam they pull with this app is making me lose trust in the brand. Online order never works and they tricked you with so-called rewards that can only be applied for app orders. Makes zero sense. So stay away from this app at all cost and don't expect any loyalty program. I am sure when the hype dies down this brand will struggle to retain customers' trust.
ordered to deliver at my work, I entered correct address and zip code, they use Uber to deliver, which received the wrong address and it's on the other side of Manhattan from where I work. I called Uber, they said they can't do anything to help. I called the heytea site that I ordered from, they said they can't do anything to help, and can't refund.
The app has improved a lot recently. It's easy to use. Only suggestion is to have some form of a loyalty programme as other places have it!
