I'm completely over this app, as a matter of fact, I'd rather fill out timesheets and log all my daily activities for the rest of my HHA life! First problem I had was that it takes entirely too long for the GPS to track my location, then it takes forever to save. Another thing, when clocking in, it takes forever. Once, the clock in times were literally hours ahead so it looked like I showed up hours later. Now its telling me to update, and there's no update. I try to use the app and it disappears

This is obviously an unfinished product. The UX is a bad one . It is very glitchy and half or more of the time you can not clock in or out or both .. or the gps says it like 2800 ft from client ...btw I'm not a caregiver.. I'm a client .. but I see what my caregiver goes through... Also he's not extremely techie a lot of older ppl aren't. But the developers have not addressed this because obviously there's still some work going on even though the apps released 2 the public.

Today is 1-25-2024, and this unhelpful app still has the problems everyone else has mentioned before. Freezing asks you to close the app or wait while you are trying to clock in or out. It takes 5 minutes to clock in or out. Message bubbles never go away, read or not. At times, I miss my clockouts because they take too long, making my pay short. And let's not even talk about how terrible the agency's customer service is.

This stupid app keeps crashing and I keep getting alerts on my phone that it's actually affecting my phone in that everything is slowing down and glitching. It was fine for the first few months, but it's to the point that I have to start the clock-in process up to 10 mins before my shift even starts! I wish there was a "0 star" option.

Being ripped off of time I worked. The app allows me to clock in accurately with no delays. If I clock in 10:01am, then it shows as 10:01am. However, I've been noticing that everyday when I clock out, the time is always 5 minutes delayed, meaning that if I clock out 1pm, it shows in the app as 12:55pm. This is everyday. This means that I'm not being paid for all my time worked. Im losing time everyday. It adds up over time and if its happening to me, its happening for others too!

When it works it's a decent app, but there are a few items they really need to work on - 1) being able to see when you actually clock in over the course of 3-6 months. 2) being able to see your pay stubs. 3) being able to get notifications if you miss a clock in/out and 4) successfully receiving notifications of inter-company emails.

Horrible in every way. Buggy, laggy, won't sign in/out properly most nights. Constantly has errors displaying my time and patient information. Literally an unusable mess that I'm forced to use and it's a 0/10 frustrating experience. Edit: Now the app won't even load past the login screen with "An internal error occured" message. I've uninstalled/reinstalled and tried again to no avail. Absolutely trash.

The longer the app is installed the more glitches it acquires . It currently says I have 23 urgent messages; I have 0. When I try clicking on/out it freezes long enough my phone asks if I want to close the app or wait. Also if your phone doesn't have data/WiFi you can only clock out in airplane mode, that's a bit weird but better than nothing. Besides theae issues it's not bad. To get it to start working properly, you have to uninstall and reinstall it periodically.

Update Feb 10th, 2025. It's getting worse. It takes even longer now to log in, and once it's logged in, it takes awhile for the data to be synced. And the gps location still takes awhile to work. Might as well to use the client's/customer's phone to clock in and out! EVERYTIME when I clock in, the GPS would pin my location over 2000 feet away. I have to go back and forth 5, 6 times just to get the GPS to work

Maybe this information well help someone else out there! My phone crashed when I try to reinstall the app after not working for one and a half weeks. No matter what I would do I could get the app installed but it just kept saying, app keeps stopping. There was not a technical problem in the office they said it had to be my phone. So I deleted some apps I did not need to make more storage, I deleted some files, I turned off my phone and then restarted it. And this is what helped me get back in.

Worse app! Before Covid19 and during it, I was using this app when fewer aides were using it. It worked perfectly then. Now, the agencies, especially the one I work with, is enforcing its use to clock in and clock out of work. The app is giving me endless pros. I keep on getting messages that the app is crashing. It takes so long to clock in, and by the time I get thru, it is past my clock in time. I constantly have to click on the choice wait. I sent messages to HHAexchange,and no response

I can't even log into the app. When I enter my email and password, it says it's not valid. And because the company I work for has been transitioning all employees/consumers slowly over to this service in 'small batches' over the past year or so your told "once your group is moved you can't go back to the old provider." Luckily, I am able to use the actual website that corresponds with the app. I've had some issues using the website definitely but in the end, I am able to submit my timesheet.

One of the glitchiest apps I've ever used. Most of the time it works fine, but when this thing breaks it's impossible to work with, and I have to waste a half hour trying and hoping that I won't get an "internal error" message, or one saying there's no such patient, and then when it finally pulls itself together I have to have the time corrected manually. This is serious stuff, and having an app this prone to malfunction is a little more than an inconvenience.

keeps crashing. this is vital to me getting paid timely. I open the app and it wants to force close. you can't register your tasks because a force close pop up keeps showing up. This is how I clock in and out of work!!!! This needs to be fixed. this app deserves less than a star. it keeps malfunctioning and I have to use it for my agency so I'm stuck. I have to keep hitting "wait" and trick the app into letting Me clock in and out. This needs to be addressed

Every time I turn around, SOMETHING is going wrong with this app! Technical glitches, not registering my clock in and out sometimes, etc. And what's up with all these back-to-back UPDATES? It shouldn't be so many so often AND it's taking up too much space on my phone! I've had to delete multiple essential apps FOUR TIMES! Not cool. Update 09/02/21: I got ANOTHER notification for an update but there IS no update to install. So NOW I can't even clock in! Come on! This app is TRASH!

Every day it takes me 15-20 minutes for the red x to go off. Plus it drops in the middle of clocking in/out. Really horrible. Also lately I'm clocking in and out and it keeps the red X instead of changing to green checkmark ✅. It's even worse than it ever was! And for the last week it keeps doing the same thing! I have to get time sheets for those days. It needs to be updated as it hasn't been since October!

There is always an issue with this app. crashes. doesn't let you login, sometimes you can't see past visits. says i have 23 messages, but there are 0 messages.I used my fingerprint to log in and had to uninstall the app because I couldn't sign in. I personally think this app sucks. I wish my company didn't use it and would get something better in place. I don't know who gave this app 5 stars but they are lying. I would give it 0 stars if I could.

If I could give this app no stars I would. Let me start off by saying this app malfunctions constantly, causing me to have to clock in/out via dial in. It's upsetting to say the least. This occurs daily with pop-up messages of the app having issues with synchronizing my location etc. Also you may clock-in/out at a particular time, and it might show a minute or two difference. One of the worst apps, but I have no choice but to use it, when it decides to work.

The app is one big glitch. It was fine a year or 2 ago, but now if I want to sign in or out through the app it's a 10 minute process. The app will close every time I open it. It constantly shutdown our gives pop ups saying that the app isn't working. In order for it to work you have to wait for it to get to a certain point and click "wait" when the pop up suggests closing the app. After that it's at least a 1 minute wait for each section to load and you have to hope it doesn't close again

This app is a disaster. I've had more problems with it than anything else I've had to work with in my life. The GPS is never accurate, and the "updates" it tells me are available are lies. I had to uninstall and reinstall numerous times just to be able to clock in. And even then, it's a gamble in whether or not my clock-in will be available to me when I want to clock out. You've had this app "running" for almost two years. Maintain it better, or go back to timesheets.
