This app is absolutely terrible. Can't seem to download any episodes, states episodes aren't available when I was JUST watching something, In order to get to your watchlist you need to go to Settings, watchlist, and select a watch list rather than easily selecting it on the home screen.. if you scroll through your watchlist using a remote it will bounce around instead of going directly up/down. The old version was better.

cannot easily select next episode. and now it is even worse, because their website and their application crash alot. Basically saying their server is garbage. i'm half tempted to cancel this subscription because there has been way too many instances when I try to open the app. Or go to the website that you cannot even sign in. they both come up with connection failed even when I have amazing service. whoever is doing the IT for the app and website needs to go back to school. too many issues.

Worst streaming app I've ever used. I can't tell what episodes I've watched. I can't keep track of which shows I wanted to watch because the user created lists are useless. If you finish and episode, you frequently need to remember the name of the show, search for it, and then remember what episode number you were on since it doesn't keep track. If there weren't some decent animes on it, I would have canceled immediately. Was really hoping this would be some kind of competition for crunchyroll..

man, I really love the selection they have but wow. it's a national treasure hunt to navigate the interface. I was so mad that I couldn't find my stuff. it was in buried in settings! save to Playlist? sure but just one episode and good luck finding it. Hopefully they fix this issues so I can come back to it.l but we'll see.

I love this app. the only thing is I really wish they would do something about the continue to watch part. it does the tell toy the. ame of the anime that you were watching. also it doesn't allow you to go backward in the 'Continue to watch' category. it's just that episode so ig you want ri watch the previous episode in order to make up for the missed section. Also wish it was easier to navigate the entire array of anime in order to better find different shows to watch w English dubbing

Pretty terrible app if every other day you can't access the app with a decent signal. Try to watch will on lunch break and it constantly says "something went wrong". The app is paid for, it's thru my friend's account I know because I pay it when he can't. So can we get this figured out because the only way to watch this app is through a mobile device and not yet on console which I hope happens soon but what is the cause for the constant "something went wrong"?

The shows are alright, but the streaming sucks. They need to have a better search engine and filter. The shows lose the play next option when switching from phone to streaming devices such as Roku. The shows you are watching don't stay in order on the watch list and you have to go hunt down what you were just watching to continue. Lastly once you are subscribed, they make you jump through hoops to find a way to pause or even cancel your subscription.

Like most reviews, the content isn't the issue. The GIU is horrendous. All the basic functions of a streaming service are missing. watched eps disappear, you're lucky to be able to quickly pick up where you left off in a series. Search, mixes , randomly between eps and series, the eps you mostly don't even know what series it belongs too. All it takes is to look at any other major streaming platform and copy it. a price hike shouldn't have been placed until these basic functions were fixed.

I would not recommend watching anime on this app... you pay a monthly I believe $6.99.. but will charge you twice... and they will try to charge you 2 weeks before the due date of renewal for next month.. I'm lucky that I did not put tons of money in my spending account because it was declined three times. play attempted to take more money out.. do not recommend this app!!

not user friendly. and you have to jump through many hoops to unsubscribe. you can not unsubscribe through the app as advertised. the amount of shows are very limited and what the do have most of it is already on other streaming services. all together not a well put together app. the show you are watching doesn't show the title of the anime only the episode name and to watch the next episode you can't continue through your recently watched list also can't remove shows from your personal lists.
